Tantric Haze Hazy IPA was brewed to be as tantalizing and as rich of an experience possible. We knew we needed overwhelming fruity aromas so decided to ensure this had a massive double whirlpool hopping followed by a triple dryhopping starting on the first day of fermentation and continuing throughout until our yeasts had given all they could. 

We wanted a soft and supple bitterness that was enough to balance but gentle and forgiving thus we massaged our water chemistry. We didn't want to overpower the aroma and flavour the hops had to give, thus did not add any hops for the bittering into the boil. 

Lastly we needed a yeast that had the power to biotransform the massive hop quantities into a bold rich juiciness. Any element by itself is not standalone worthy but altogether combine into this sensually hazy IPA that we believe will deliver you an experience of love and enjoyment!

7.0 % ABV.

It?s time to level up our Hazy IPA offering. People have been loving the Epic Hazy orange cans so much they have asked us when are we going to do a six pack. Well the answer is, NOW! We have taken the best of all our Hazy IPA recipes over the last 12 months and we have ?cranked up the juice?.

We had already spent two years researching and tasting all the hazy IPA?s so we could come up with the ultimate recipe. We have also now brewed a bunch of different versions using different hop combinations over the last 18 months. We think that all the time and effort that has gone into making stunning Hazy IPA recipes will really show up in this beer. We have used an ?Epic? amount of hops as you would expect from us. We got the biggest, juiciest, stickiest Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops we could find. A blend of T90 and Cryo hops to give the maximum desired aromas and flavours. It?s like drizzling freshly squeezed passionfruit, mango and pineapple juice across your tongue.

A super low bitterness and maximum haze, will keep every Hazy-Head happy with being able to sit down and drink a few from the six pack. Share some with a friend. They will thank you for it.

5.3% ABV

Based on the historic stouts of London which added Oysters to add to theirperceived nutrition Three Boys annual winter release includes fresh BluffOysters which are added to boil with the hops. Pouring an inky pitch black witha healthy tan head, Oyster Stout is dry, roasty and rich with some dark fruitand the slightest hint of brine. 

At 6.2% ABV it's the ideal winter warmer forthe frosty nights we have been having. 

It's also the perfect accompaniment to afresh bluff oyster or a hearty beef and mushroom pie.

New World ESB. We love NZ hops. How much? Here's how much. 

Triple hopped with Pacifica, Motueka, and Riwaka in increasingly lavish quantities throughout the boil, Trip Hop's bitter but balanced on a generous malt base.
Rich amber red and redolent of the Nelson hop fields. Think easy drinking for resin heads and pucker up.

5.6% ABV

Emerson's - One for the hopheads, Bird Dog is full of intense flavours courtesy of American hops to deliver a smooth, resiny beer. Tropical fruit dominates the flavour with subtle fresh squeezed orange with a hint of pine thrown in. Given the name, the astute drinker will note a gratifying absence of any avian or canine aftertaste.

7.0% ABV.

Inspired by The Fall, this wonderful and frightening capsule of autumnal zest is kurious enough to bring out the hip priest in every slate, prole etc.

Kurious Oranj extricates the best of ingredients for the moment and fires the rest. A testy lineup of Citra & Huel Melon hops is perverted with ale male, sweetcorn, oats and candied orange to procduce the saving grace of any nation.

6.0% ABV.

Some people say they don't like hazy pale ales. They reckon they look weird, or that the massive fruit flavours are too intense. Some other people say there's no accounting for taste.

Both of these groups of people are wrong. Hazy 'New England style' pale ales are awesome, there IS accounting for taste, and we are watching you. You have been warned.

5.7% ABV

The "I" might be in lower case, but beware - this is a capital beer. 

Brimming with luscious roasted coffee and chocolate malt flavours, iStout is balanced by a brisk bitterness and bold hoppy freshness. 

As with all our beers, this beer is a very modern interpretation of this classic style. 

10% ABV

A super refreshing Pilsner using the much overlooked Green Bullet hop. A perfect thirst quencher on a hot day.

5.0% ABV.

Designed to be light and aromatic with a minimal malt base packed with NZ hops. Wai?iti (low alpha hop - more hop and less bitterness). NZ grown Chinook hops (Punchy flavoursome hop)

6% ABV.

Our Amigo Mexican Amber is based on one of our favourite Mexican beers, Negra Modelo and technically is considered a Munich Dunkel.  Made with German lager yeast, all New Zealand Gladfield malts and malted maize corn, and NZ hops it is an authentic representation. This easy drinking beer is great for any occasion and goes well with any meal and enjoyed by all generations.

5.5% ABV.

This is our medal winning Roaring 40's Robust Porter.  We love a good porter for its richness but don't like a harsh roast bitterness; we avoid this by building the malt profile with nearly a dozen malts to create a rich roastiness with minimal bite.  Carbonated and Nitrogenated for a rich smoothness.

6.3% ABV.

Amberine NZ Whisky Barrel-Aged Belgian Quadruple was aged for 14 months in NZ Whisky Co casks. This nut brown Belgian ale has ruby highlights and an off-white head. Toffee, single malt, and a savoury red wine component greet the nose and it offers vinous and complicated deep sugar notes, Belgian yeast character, single malt whisky and light oakiness, with a lingering red-wine finish.

These beers will age gracefully for many years, but are fabulous right now. Do not serve cold! Treat it like you would a port or red wine and serve it in an elegant glass. Enjoy it in your bubble for any reason to celebrate.

12% ABV.

Lovingly known at the brewery as '802's little brother'. This is the first batch we've canned, so we made it extra special with party faves Mosaic & Citra hops. Along with a massive citrus blast & fruit salad on the nose, there's enough malt holding it together & a soft mouthfeel over balanced bitterness. Enjoy it with friends or by yourself. It's a little slice of our place at yours!

4.8% ABV.

For Great Justice is a delicious, smooth brown porter made with all NZ malt and hops. Biscuit, brown, and chocolate malts meld beautifully with freshly toasted coconut. Serve cool but not chilled to allow the coconut to shine through.

4.5% ABV.
