Panhead - Hops are where it starts for the born-again craft head and Supercharger APA is where Panhead delivers. This is an all-American show with Centennial, Citra and Simcoe overwhelming your nose, kicking you in the taste buds and departing with more bitterness than a Palm Springs divorce. It's a seriously addictive combination.

5.2% ABV.

Panhead - XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.

4.6% ABV.

Our most popular beer, Dragon APA has a slightly sweet aroma with citrus and herbal pine flavours from Mosaic and Falconer’s Flight hops.

The use of Gladfield’s American Ale, Wheat and Medium Crystal malts provide an excellent base for a medium bodied and quaffable APA.

APA - 5.7% ABV.

Classic Pilsner yeast profile. Dank kiwi hop flavour from Riwaka and a touch of tropical from Nelson Sauvin. Smooth honey malt profile with clean bitterness.

5.1% ABV.

IPA - Mango, apricot, and citrus with a body to back it up.

Naughty Hopper is packing a mouthful of resinous tropical fruit flavours, thanks to Simocoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops.  These Rockstar hops are low in bitterness but high in juicy goodness.  Late additions and awkward positions are what Naughty Hopper is all about.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Halo Pilsner is quite positively a monument of New Zealand Pilsner proudly brewed with glorious Gladfield malts and a free rein of Nelson hops.

You can expect a good lashing of zesty lime citrus peel accented with tropical passion fruit, all shining proudly above rye-cracker malt drizzled with subtle sweet caramel.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Easy drinking designed to be quaffed.  Look at that golden colour & crisp white head glistening in the sun.  Now touch it to the tongue for some of the latest US hops.

American Pale Ale - 5.8% ABV.

Blackberry Farmhouse sour Barrel fermented with spontaneous culture and more blackberries .

6.8% ABV.

Nectar is derived from the Greek word 'nektar,' the favoured drink of the Golds.  In our brewery, we favour Farmhouse style beer, and Saison Du Nectar hits the spot. 

The base beer is a Saison, the dried mango in the boil replaces the traditional Saison spices, yoghurt microbes create the sour character, and conditioning on the peaches adds the extra juiciness.  

The result is a tart, fruity, and refreshing flavour.

4.5% ABV.

Combining the best Hawke’s Bay red wine with orange, mandarin and apple juice, we think we got the flavour spot on. The best way to spend a warm summer day or night (drink Hawke’s Bay , dream Spain)”
Lightly carbonated. Best served chilled 

6% ABV.

A stout brewed with the addition of lactose sugar and a small dose of Dominican cacao nibs during fermentation.  The result is deliciously balanced, soft and creamy, with a toasty, dark chocolate finish.

6.1% ABV.

North End - French winemakers use the world 'terroir' to describe the influence of the local environment on the wines that they make.  We have helped add a big dose of 'terroir' into this beer by taking our Saison and re-fermenting it in barres with a blend of wild yeasts from Waikanae.  The result is tangy, lightly tart and extremely fruity.

6.5% ABV.

Garage Project - Buy the ticket, take the ride. We’re going on a trip and you’re invited. Never mind the kool-aid, this is the Electric Dry Hop Acid Test. Kettle soured, and dry hopped with Ella, Wai-iti and Saphir hops the Acid Test delivers electric citrus sourness with an aromatic flavour burst of floral, grapefruit, lemon and spice. Are you on board? You're either on the bus or off the bus. Shazam!

4.2% ABV.

Field Way combines 4 different fruity New Zealand grown hop varieties to create complex aromas and flavours of sweet lemon, lime, and mandarin marmalade with a hint of the herb garden. To balance all this zesty hop character we use one of our favourite base malts, the Pale Ale Malt from the Malteurope Maltings at Marton in the Rangitikei and a dash of toffee tinged caramalt malt from the Bairds Maltings in Scotland. The result is a hoppy fruity yet well balanced pale ale that makes a perfect foil to a chilli oil laced pizza at Long Beach.
