With so many hop heavy hazy IPA's taking the descriptor of pineapple we thought why not boost this with actual pineapple. Nothing better than the real thing for making flavour and aroma! We took a nice, light and sweet malt base with plenty of creamy oats and a bit of lactose and created a hazy IPA by stuffing it full of pineapplely hops. Nectaron, citra and simcoe. Then when it wasn't quite finished we then stuffed it with 15kg of Freeze dried pineapple - equivalent to 150kg of fresh pineapple! Pouring a beautiful light yellow colour with a clean haze, this beer is juice-centric and has plenty of tangy pineapple flowing out mixed in with some stonefruit and pine notes. A full body, lots of fruit flavour and a mellow bitterness round of the flavour.

This beer is a tribute to The Sound, made with NZ hops for a bold local flavor, that will reverberate around your taste buds.

Floreffe Triple owes its name to its high density and strong taste. The splendid mixture between bitterness and caramel characterises this beer. Like other beers made in Floreffe Abbey, it is not filtered. It may therefore be slightly cloudy if served cold. As the monks' recipe specifies, it is refermented in the bottle with yeast and sugar.

A refreshing, light, hoppy, sour and very fruity tasting beer inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse ales. 

Naturally soured by live cultures and hopped with American and New Zealand hops. Probably the closest thing I have tasted to fruit juice, that didn't contain any fruit at all!

A belgian dubbel in a clean and fresh fashion. a blend of nz gladfields malt including aurora, chocolate light and shepherds delight provide a kiwi backbone to this traditional style ale.

A very special "Imperial Gueuze" inspired blend of selected barrels from our library. One third each of spontaneously fermented 8, 6, and 4 year old barrels create a perfect marriage of funk, fruit, acidity and sherry-like aged flavours. We barrel aged our first beer in 2010 since then we have built up maybe the largest barrel programme in the Southern Hemisphere . Ola Dubh, meaning ‘Black Oil’ in Gaelic, is craftily created by taking our Old Engine Oil and maturing it in 12 year old Highland Park whisky casks. The process is far from simple, but the result is a beautiful brew with complimentary whisky notes and a chocolate, roasty and bittersweet aftertaste. All thanks to the labour of love of our master brewers.

Brewer’s Notes: Ola Dubh is a labour of love. Everything about it is extreme. The brew team fill the mash tuns to the brim with roast barley, pinhead oats and malted barley. It ferments more slowly as the the yeast struggles to move around in such a viscous beer! The base beer is Old Engine Oil which they then put into Highland Park Whisky casks and it stays there for at least 6 months. During this time the flavours from the wood enter the beer to produce Ola Dubh. It is ready only when our Master Brewer, Stuart, deems it ready!

Coopers XPA is all about ‘extra’ hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

5.2% ABV

The Oude Groseille à Maquereau Verte Tilquin à l'Ancienne is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of frozen green gooseberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 260 grams per liter. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.

5.5% ABV

Our IPA is crisp and fruity with honey and citrus undertones. More English than American in style, Stoke IPA is tank-conditioned over four weeks to enhance the smooth, caramel sweetness. It is light but a step up in hop intensity from our Pilsner.
