Brewed since 1992, this golden beer opens with a bold blast of spicy Noble hops, courtesy of Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh, and gives way to fruity aromas from our traditional Belgian yeast. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, Trippel is classically smooth and complex. It also sings with a high-note of sweet citrus before delivering a pleasantly dry finish with a warm, strong boozy bite.

Last year, for the first time Duvel Tripel Hop was brewed with the unique hop variety Cashmere and it was a resounding success. The limited-edition specialty beer flew off the shelves and many beer lovers missed out. Swayed by the popular demand to brew a new batch, the brewers decided to use the limited-availability hop again in 2020.

Coopers XPA is all about ‘extra’ hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

5.2% ABV

The Oude Groseille à Maquereau Verte Tilquin à l'Ancienne is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of frozen green gooseberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 260 grams per liter. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.

Coopers Best Extra Stout Bottles 6x375ml

With its robust blend of fruit and chocolate flavours and bitter hop notes, it's everything a stout should be. An all malt brew that's naturally conditioned in the bottle, Coopers Best Extra Stout's unique rich, dark texture comes from our liberal use of specially roasted black malt. No additives.

Our IPA is crisp and fruity with honey and citrus undertones. More English than American in style, Stoke IPA is tank-conditioned over four weeks to enhance the smooth, caramel sweetness. It is light but a step up in hop intensity from our Pilsner.

GingerGueuze is a willful old Gueuze enriched with Ginger. After the in the bottle re-fermentation this Gueuze takes on a cloudy golden colour in the glass. You experience the sour taste of Lambic enriched with the natural, refreshing taste of Ginger.

A fruity beer with a pure, fresh taste of cherries, sour flavours and a superb balance between the fruity and sour notes. The initial slightly sour taste, enhanced by the tannins in the cherry pips, flows into a mildly fruity aftertaste that lingers for a while.

Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.

Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere

Packed with bright tropical aromas and brilliant citrusy flavors, this unfiltered IPA wraps up with a pleasantly smooth finish.

3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. 

The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 

3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added. 

Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

Dogfish Head - Ale brewed with Boysenberry, Raspberry, Blackberry & Elderberry.

17.2% ABV.

Classic Pilsner yeast profile. Dank kiwi hop flavour from Riwaka and a touch of tropical from Nelson Sauvin. Smooth honey malt profile with clean bitterness.

5.1% ABV.

Fruity, nutty and cloudy. An Aussie classic. Featured in Michael Jackson 500.

When One Drop and Vault City get together, subtlety walks out the door and takes a day off.
What we are left with is a full-blown lamington fantasy spun into smoothie sour form. Think raspberry jam dripping through fluffy sponge cake, banana and coconut cream folding into clouds of icing sugar and lactose, all wrapped up in a blizzard of desiccated coconut. We even hung bags of coconut straight in the tank to make sure that toasted lamington magic hits from the first sip to the last.
