This unique seasonal product is the world’s only Trappist bock ale. Brewed exclusively with natural ingredients, this ale post-ferments slightly in its bottle. It has a deep red colour, an intensely rich taste, and a malty aroma. Aromatic hop varieties and types of burnt malt render this ale its delicate bitterness that blends surprisingly well with its slightly sweet undertone.

7% ABV.

Blonde with copper reflections, topped with a generous head, Hopus derives from a secret batch brewed for the marriage of Paul Lefebvre. It has a unique and original nose, a blend of vegetal, citrus and fruit notes. The attack is bold, with an intense bitterness accompanied by a plethora of hopped notes. On the palate, the fruity top-fermented aromas and the malted flavours perfectly balance the initial taste without masking it. The bitter aftertaste is persistent but not disturbing, powerful but not overwhelming, elegant but not opulent…in short, the perfect preparation for the next mouthful. Drink very cold as an aperitif with crisps and pickles, as an accompaniment to a spicy dish or as an after-dinner digestive

ABV: 5.1 – 5.8%

Floreffe Triple owes its name to its high density and strong taste. The splendid mixture between bitterness and caramel characterises this beer. Like other beers made in Floreffe Abbey, it is not filtered. It may therefore be slightly cloudy if served cold. As the monks' recipe specifies, it is refermented in the bottle with yeast and sugar.

Sunshine Brewing -Brewed for those wanting bigger flavour, Green has found a cult following amongst locals – and for good reason. Dry and crisp like a Gisborne summer, big citrusy hops play against each other in every flavoursome drop.

4.8% ABV.

A refreshing, light, hoppy, sour and very fruity tasting beer inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse ales. 

Naturally soured by live cultures and hopped with American and New Zealand hops. Probably the closest thing I have tasted to fruit juice, that didn't contain any fruit at all! 

- It's a Juicy trip, dude.

4.0% ABV.

Mcleod's Brewery - A stronger version of a Belgian Blonde Ale, this one is all about fruity, alcohol-driving aromas of pear & spice. With a rich, surprisingly full palate, it's light in colour & dry with a hint of bitterness over a long, complex finish. Bottle-conditioned, so don't stir in the sediment & pour slowly. Ridiculously drinkable now, but it will cellar up to five years. 

8.6% ABV.

A very special "Imperial Gueuze" inspired blend of selected barrels from our library. One third each of spontaneously fermented 8, 6, and 4 year old barrels create a perfect marriage of funk, fruit, acidity and sherry-like aged flavours. We barrel aged our first beer in 2010 since then we have built up maybe the largest barrel programme in the Southern Hemisphere . 8% ABV

Brewed since 1992, this golden beer opens with a bold blast of spicy Noble hops, courtesy of Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh, and gives way to fruity aromas from our traditional Belgian yeast. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, Trippel is classically smooth and complex. It also sings with a high-note of sweet citrus before delivering a pleasantly dry finish with a warm, strong boozy bite.

8.5% ABV

Coopers XPA is all about ‘extra’ hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

5.2% ABV

The Oude Groseille à Maquereau Verte Tilquin à l'Ancienne is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of frozen green gooseberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 260 grams per liter. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.

5.5% ABV

This is a Red-Amber crystal clear beer with a typical rich nose and a fine froth. Mild on the palate with well-balanced bitterness, and notes of caramelized malt.

GingerGueuze is a willful old Gueuze enriched with Ginger. After the in the bottle re-fermentation this Gueuze takes on a cloudy golden colour in the glass. You experience the sour taste of Lambic enriched with the natural, refreshing taste of Ginger.
