Just An Illusion drifts somewhere between worlds - a collaboration with our long-time friends at Teenage Brewing in Japan, built on shared curiosity and a mutual pull toward pushing flavour beyond the expected.

Juicy nashi pear leads the way, opening into waves of ripe peach and sweet strawberry that fold and blur into each other with every sip. It’s layered, pulpy, and immersive - a fruit-forward expression that leans into texture as much as taste, soft, full, and an exploration on flavours that are constantly shifting.

An eye poppin’, brand new Imperial Pastry number with over eight types of specialty malts, a lactose heavy base, and loaded to the hilt with pastry-laden adjuncts.
Oozing with buckets of chocolate and smothered with toasty s'mores, maply syrup, pecans and decadent orange vibes. Yum.

We’ve teamed up with Scottish gods of ice cream Mackie’s for a rich and indulgent 7% stout with notes of honeycomb, caramel, chocolate, toffee and burnt sugar. Eat it before dessert, after dessert or forget dessert and just have this instead. We’ve only brewed a small batch of this. Get it before it melts away.

Tasting Note: Chaos Fog 4000 is a full-throttle celebration of Mosaic, Mosaic, and more Mosaic — triple-dosed in the whirlpool, dry hop, and then dry-hopped again for good measure. It detonates with layers of blueberry, mango, peach, dank tropical resin, and that unmistakable Mosaic “glow” that feels both fruity and slightly wild. A soft blend of pale malt, oats, and wheat wraps the hops in a pillowy haze, giving the beer its silky mouthfeel and electric fruit saturation.

This here is a topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Fresh-Fruit Smoothie Treatment.

If you love fruit, beer, good times and lactose, then this one is for you. Obscene amounts of Mango, Guava, and Banana are added and backed up in full by kisses of Tahitian Vanilla. Fear not, Lactose Santa has been to sprinkle the goods on top - with a sack full of lactose, Multi-Stacked Oats™, and a sneaky ol’ bag of Icing Sugar!

7.9% - Barrel aged sour red ale

Inspired by the Flanders Red style, this special sour ale is brewed using a generous portion of dark malts, then aged for an extended period in a mixture of wine and whiskey barrels creating a rich red-brown beer with lifted notes of tart fruit, cherry, plum, vanilla and dark chocolate.

A frothy homage to our woolly ‘dog’ Willa (RIP, ewe beauty!), this is a classic NZ-style pilsner crafted in a proper lager style. Late-hopped with Riwaka & Wai-iti, you’ll pick up sage, capsicum & peach aromas. Palate is dry & crisp over soft mouthfeel with tidy bitterness. It’s a clean, quaffable brew

It’s been a rainy ol’ winter, so a succulent, lip-smacker is in order. As the Kate Bush song says, ‘Like the sun coming out!’ We loaded equal parts Freestyle Farms' Nelson Sauvin (Nelson Lakes grown) + Nectaron Waimea West) into this, so it’s all luscious grapefruit & sticky green with lush tropical undertones. Pleasantly bitter & mouth-filling

Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is a golden yellow wheat beer, with a fine-pored white head offering aromas of cloves and banana. The palate is full bodied with yeasty notes and more banana hits.

This is Don’t Look Back, and by heavens, we are all here for this brand-new, topped-up-to-the-brim cream smoothie sour championing our Liquid Cream treatment. Combining luscious additions of Mango, Guava, Passionfruit and Banana purees with a big splurge of silky coconut cream all topped off with a french vanilla ice-cream drizzle. This overtly packed fruit tube is just the kind of summer loving madness that almost certainly wont have you looking back

For the fourth edition of the Haze of the People series, we once again put the decision in your hands – this time asking the public to choose the hops that would make the cut. The result? A globe-trotting line-up of NZH-106, Saphir, Citra and Vic Secret, coming together from New Zealand, Germany, the USA and Australia. With such a far-flung selection, the name for this hazy adventure practically wrote itself: 'Four on Tour'.

We’re back with our mates at Apostle, this time to drop a proper holiday banger! San Nicolás is a strong spiced ale loaded with cherry, cranberry, orange, and a dash of festive spice, all wrapped up in a rich, boozy malt base. Ho ho ho indeed.
