Four generations of the Moortgat family have brought together Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops, and a unique yeast strain to create this intense, aromatic and beguiling ale. 

This Belgian favourite is best enjoyed lightly chilled. Bottle Conditioned.

Belgian Strong Golden Ale - 8.5% ABV

St-Louis Premium Pêche is a peach beer brewed on a lambic base complemented with peach juice. The result is thirst-quencher with a low alcohol content. This sweet peach beer tastes delicious on a sunny day and is a perfect beer for anyone who doesn’t like strong beers.

Vicaris Tripel is a soft and accessible beer with fruity notes, highly recommended to both trained and untrained beer lovers. The mild bitterness and slightly malty tones give this beer a delicious aftertaste. The high fermentation and cold storage on the other give it a pleasant mouthfeel.

Reintroduced in 2015 it's the first Oude Kriek the brewery has produced since the 1980's. Made with lambic brewed in March 2014, and blended with 35% Schaerbeek cherries.

Petrus Aged Pale Ale is a 100% foeder beer, aged for 24 months in our oak foeders. It has been the reference for sour beers for years. Moreover, ever since the establishment of the brewery, this beer has been used to blend with other beers to give them fresh, slightly sour flavours and aromas.

Brut Nature is a copper-colored ' Brut Style ' beer. The term Brut originally comes from the Champagne world and is used to refer to dry champagnes. Brut Nature is a top fermentation beer, refermented in the bottle with a  wild yeast . This wild yeast makes Brut Nature ' lively ' and ensures a  pleasantly dry  beer with a low sugar content. Brut Nature is a beer that evolves in the bottle and can  be kept for up to 5 years . The use of dry hopping with Belgian hops emphasizes the fruity and spicy character of the 5 hop varieties . The result is a dry, mildly bitter beer with a pleasant aftertaste.

The different fermentation stages, top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle with wild yeast require a brewing process of at least 3 months.

7% ABV

Tuverbol is a blend of Loterbol Blond – a blond beer from the Diest-based brewery of the same name – and 3 Fonteinen's own lambic. Created for the first time in 2005, Tuverbol has been an annual recurring winter beer since 2017. Tuverbol has a unique taste profile thanks to the combination of the freshness of the lambic, the warmth of the alcohol and the full body of the blond beer.

9.6% ABV

Thanks to its in-bottle re-fermentation, the Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvée René gives you a completely natural sparkle and froth.

The Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvee Rene  contains one-third old lambic, aged for at least two years, and two-thirds young lambic, which is at least one year old and has been matured in large oak foeders.

The yeasts and sugars in the Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvee Rene  prompt the in-bottle re-fermentation. Slowly but surely the wild yeasts will convert all of the residual sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Six months on, the result is a golden-coloured, sparkling, mildly sour gueuze.

La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will make you pucker—and the smooth finish will make you smile.

East Coasts collide and crank it up for this new New England IPA retuned in Scotland. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a hazy appearance and super smooth delivery. Dry-hopped for a full-tilt fruit hit with pineapple, mango and a hint of zesty lime. Low on bitterness, high on haze, heavy on hops.

What if… Brouwerij de Molen and the classic Bock come together? That produces a mind-blowing bock beer! This bock has a light bitter, a full malty sweet caramel taste and smell. This together ensures a robust body, warm mouthfeel and a good drinkable character.

6.2% ABV

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Cuvée Watou Rouge has a blood-red colour that permeates into the creamy, foamy head. When tasting it, the sweet, fruity aroma is quite prominent, first of all, after which the taste of cherries and raspberries prevails. The soft after-taste, which does not linger for too long, creates a feeling for more. In short: summer in a glass.

Cuvée Watou Rouge was brought onto the market in 2019, at the request of our customers. After a one-year research period, our brew master was satisfied with the fruit combination that he had put together. This typical Rouge can tempt both men and women and should be seen as a fruit beer with a savouring character
