We now have better schedules of Dryhopping, getting more fruity aromas out of it, and improving the body to be more silky smooth and lighter through pilsner malt vs ale malt ratios.

Unit price perRising from the depths is a Rogue Wave, our new core-range IPA. Like our previous IPA, the inspiration comes from tradition, but, we have used Gladfield Supernova in place of Crystal Malt. The grain bill offers colour and depth without too much sweetness. A trio of Aussies hops, Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret lay down layers of pine, tangerine, papaya and melon. A lingering but unoffensive bitterness makes it an easy choice for a session.

It's a wild ride.
