Les Jamelles Clair de Rose is a blend of two red grape varieties, Grenache and Cinsault. The combination creates a clean, dry and refreshing southern French rose with floral and fruity flavours in a rounded, medium bodied style. Cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks retails fruity flavours and is finished in a dry style. 

The grapes in this wine come from two distinctly different areas; the Herault Valley's sloping vineyards where the warm Mediterranean climate provides consistently sunny conditions and outstanding ripeness, along with the Narbonne, where sandier soils provide rich flavours and balance. 

Drink with a classic food match of melon and prosciutto on a sunny day or serve alongside salami and antipasto any time of year as a refreshing aperitif wine.

Dry on the palate, textured tropical orange, apricot and lemon, complex and full bodied with wonderful underlying spicy notes combining with rosemary, tarragon just a hint of vanilla and honeycomb.

Jurancon is an appellation in South-West France, near the Spanish border. Centered around the town of Pau it produces stunning white wines based on the native grapes of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng.

The two grapes are related to each other- as the names imply Gros Manseng grapes are more robust and larger grapes, often used to make rich dry white wines. Petit Manseng smaller and low yielding, higher in acid and sugar with a higher skin-to-juice ratio.  Petit Manseng is more more in the sweeter wines of the region.  The two grapes grow together in harmony enjoying the same climate and terroir... often blended together to produce wines with floral, tropical, honey, citrus, and sweet spices in wines.  Wines of the Jurancon appellation must be at least half Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng.  There is a tiny amount of Petit Manseng grown in NZ.

Domaine Nigri sits at 300 meters elevation, facing the Pyrenees mountains, the heart of the Jurancon appellation.

Far away from the oxidative wines with which the Savagnin grape variety is generally associated, this Cotes du Jura is a wine of great freshness, with lovely, airy white flowers notes. The palate is as elegant as the nose, nicely blending richness, roundness and freshness and offering a great aromatic presence with a floral and iodized structure.

Mourvedre is a southern French grape (also known as Mataro in Spain) and is known for its dark delicious chocolatey flavours and aromas of mocha, earth and bold black fruit ripeness. 

The late ripening Mourvedre grape is typically used as a blending grape but here it stands alone in a spicy, smooth, soft and fruity red. 

Le Petit Comptoir is a perfect bistro wine for sharing great moments amongst friends. This is a luminous Vin de France for drinking whilst young. Each bottle is hand-dipped in wax to seal it, in a mark of the care given to this production. 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, issued from sustainable viticulture. 

This cuvee is produced at 18000 bottles. Vinification Alcoholic and Malolactic fermentation take place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged and bottled the next spring to preserve the fruity characteristics. 

Tasting notes - Bright ruby color. Intense fruity nose, with hints of red fruits. Palate is elegant and round, with ripe tannins and a lingering finish. An easy drinking wine which will be appreciated in its early years. Pairs best with grilled meat, poultry, and cheese.

A classically styled rose from the wine's spiritual home in Bandol in Provence, Southern France made with 50% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache and 25% Cinsault.

Bleu Rivage rose has an intense melon pink colour and a nose that is slightly spicy with accompanying hints of citrus fruits. On the palate, this wine is robust and round with good balance, and a grapefruit-like finish.

This classic French rose is pale, dry and hails from Provence. It is pronounced ?X? and, yes, its flavour more than hits the spot if you love the flavours of refreshing dry pink wine from the Mediterranean - and let's face it, who doesn't?

This wine comes from the historical city of Aix-en-Provence and tastes of red fruit flavours such as summer berries, held together by a medium body and zingy finish. Its label features two Mandarin ducks, which are birds who famously stay together for life. 

Lovely dry, full bodied, Loire Valley sparkling Chenin Blanc from Domaine des Aubuisieres; producers of impressive bubbly and still Chenin Blancs such as this outstanding sparkling wine.

This is a fabulous little French Chenin Blanc from Vouvray - queen of the Loire Valley appellations (wine areas) devoted to Chenin. Flavours here run the gamut of delicious lemony fruity flavours in an off dry. Florals, citrus and peach on the nose feed into a similar profile on the palate, with further white flowers and honey notes.

Pair with fish and lightly spiced Asian cuisine.

Bouscasse represents the most open and polished wine from Alain Brumont's extensive holdings in the region. The vines are planted on hillsides with yellow and white clay layered over fissured limestone. Bouscasse is meant to reflect the history of the region, made in the style of the 18th century heyday of Madiran.

The wine is big and bold, packed with both fruit and tannins. It has great structure and a dense dusty tannic character that promises great aging but which will be drinking now with a dcent decant.

Tannat 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35% and Cabernet Franc 25%

French rose from the south of France is on a roll and this lovely dry version comes from the Perrin family, one of the most respected wine producers in the Rhone Valley. It is all about fresh summer berry flavours and a notes of dry strawberry and a touch of stone fruit. Fabulous value for money.

Château du Cèdre is a wine estate in Cahors, France, founded in the 1950s by Belgian immigrant Léon Verhaeghe. The estate is known for its handmade, organic wines, which are made predominantly with Malbec grapes plus a smattering of Merlot and Tannat.

This wine is made with 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot and spends twelve months in oak foudres. The vines are over 30 year old from sites on Les coteaux de Bru and the resulting wine is rich and full bodied with great fruit, fine tannins and fresh acidity.

The l?Ancestrale is a natural sparkling wine made in the p?tillant style. The fermentation starts in tank and the wine is then bottled while still fermenting (at around 18-20 grams sugar) and then finishes in the bottle without the addition of any sugar and using only the natural yeasts. Generous citrus notes, subtle hints of toasted almonds. Mineral and complex with a persistent foam.
