Shadow Puppet is our first West Coast Pilsner, a style that combines the clean malt and yeast profile of a pilsner with the big hopping of a West Coast IPA. We used freshly harvested 2024 Australian Eclipse hops, including a generous dry hop. Giving the beer strong mandarin and citrus notes, with a touch of pine.

Imagine a space in time where part of one melds perfectly with another; a marriage that seemed impossible at first with hearts on the line and lactose prevailing at every corner. Can U Dig It? Dubbed as a Cream Pastry Stout and coming from the R&D arm of our pilot program, we’ve taken our chocolate heavy pastry stout base and given it our full Liquid Cream treatment. Loading in 8 types of specialty malt, cocoa beans and husk, chocolate powder, banana, salted caramel and a double dose of coconut cream. It's all the right kinds of brand new, and we know u dig me.

Belle-Vue Kriek is made by soaking fresh cherries in lambic, which gives a bordeaux color and a refreshing fruity taste to the beer.

Petrus Tripel is a complex beer that brings together the best of the past and present. Be carried away by the heavenly fruity aroma and slightly bitter finish. Brewed according to a new recipe with three European aromatic hops. The full secondary fermentation in the bottle gives the beer a refined sparkle in the chalice.

Old Ale is a strong, dark and malty British beer style that, as the name suggests, is aged for long periods of time. Like historic versions, Not Too Heys was aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces. Mahogany in colour with nutty, plum, caramel, wood and leather notes. Nicely balanced between the moderate sweetness, substantial bitterness and light acidity.

Golden, aromatic and zesty: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale offers up a tangy tropical cocktail of grapefruit, tangerine, and pineapple. In the mouth the beer is complex and fruity with citrus and pine flavours supported by a juicy rich malt backbone and a dry finish. Sierra Nevada Pale is the perfect accompaniment to the fresh spicy American cuisine like tacos, chili or barbequed meats.

The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, the nec plus ultra of our brewery. Abbey ale brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excells because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren

The first and only Trappist white beer in the world. A fresh thirst quencher with a refined character. Recognisable as a white Trappist beer due to the use of mainly wheat malt. Brewed with very aromatic varieties of hops.

The Lookout is a contemporary India Pale Ale crafted on a foundation of premium New Zealand malted barley, oats, and rolled spelt. Generously Double Dry Hopped with US and Kiwi cones—Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and the coveted passionfruit-infused Kohia Nelson™ from the Freestyle hop farm in Nelson, NZ—this IPA promises a squeezed fruit juice and tropical candy profile with a pronounced hop character and a soft, clean finish. Y’all better be on the lookout for this one.

Arguably the most famous and most widely sold local Hawaiian craft beer, the Longboard Island Lager is an exceptionally smooth and refreshing beer from Kona Brewing Co. Fermented and aged for weeks at cold temperatures, this flagship lager has a delicate and slightly spicy hop aroma that complements its malty, light and crisp body.

St-Feuillien’Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde ale, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang. Saison, the latest in a long line of top-quality St-Feuillien beers, is a “Hoppy”, unfiltered beer that is so emblematic of the rich Belgian tradition. Its English-style hop aroma is enhanced by the use of traditional dry hopping with Styrian Golding hop flowers.
