Advocaat is a traditional liqueur from Holland made from egg yolks, brandy, sugar and vanilla. Warninks Advocaat has been made in Holland since 1616 and was one of the original producers of advocaat. Warninks Advocaat is full bodied with a sweet and creamy texture with aromas of vanilla. Almost like "boozy custard!!? It is a classic brand that is enjoyed in many cocktails as well as neat or on the rocks.

Pure roasted coffee aromas with a rich, thick consistency that makes it perfect for cocktail use. Another liqueur whoseprecise production details are shrouded in secrecy. All we can tell youis the coffee beans are finest Mexican and the alcohol comes fromdistilled cane sugar.

Possibly the most popular brand of bitters, Angostura should be considered a must when stocking a bar of any seriousness. Made with a secret blend of tropical herbs and plants with the original intent of curing a variety of illnesses. The brand is now produced in Trinidad and the blend is still a well-kept secret. The oversized, awkward label has also become a trademark of the brand. It's said that the wrong size was ordered and everyone in the facility thought someone else would fix the mistake, no one did and the label remains.

Campari is an Italian drink developed by Gaspare Campari in 1860. It is made by steeping a secret mixture of herbs in alcoholic spirits, creating a strongly flavoured alcoholic beverage. Used in a wide variety of cocktails or in the classic Campari and soda.

Noilly Prat, known as 'the Rolls Royce of vermouths', is recognised by barmen all over the world as a premium cocktail ingredient. The characteristic taste of Noilly Prat is attributable to the blend of white wines, fruit essences, herbs and spices. When combined with oak ageing, the result is a truly excellent dry vermouth.After ageing the fruit essences, including raspberry and lemon, are incorporated, before twenty different herbs and spices are added. These botanicals gradually impart their flavour to the wine to create the delicate flavour of Noilly Prat Dry.

Unmistakably Cocchi in character, Vermouth di Torino is one of only two geographically protected AOC vermouths (the other being Chambery). This Storico Vermouth di Torino follows the regional tradition of using fine Moscato wine as its base, which is then infused with a secret recipe of local and exotic botanicals. This is a remarkably complex aperitif wine. On the nose, you immediately find aromas of singed orange peel, vanilla, and caramel. Over time, faint menthol notes develop into aromas reminiscent of dandelion and burdock. This vermouth is very full flavored, the palate immediately detecting a bitter, earthy character which is very well balanced against the sweeter notes of licorice, orange zest and sugar. Hastings Distillers was formed in 2019 by Kate Galloway and David Ramonteu, an inspiring couple with a background in winemaking and an artistic philosophy of production. The transparent seal on their bottles is made from environmentally friendly, compostable cellulose. The bottles themselves and label paper are made by long established European manufacturers under EU environmental regulations.

Tasting note: A bitter-sweet infusion of New Zealand grown Seville oranges, selected roots and flowers. Batch in fused and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water. Vibrant notes of fresh orange, tangerine and red apple combine with the bitterness of liquorice, wormwood and gentian. Natural colour from orange peel and hibiscus flowers.
