This IPA is fruit flipped with tasty additions Central Otago stone fruits then hopped with Mosaic and Nectaron hops to highlight the stone fruit flavours and aromas, this IPA is as sweet as it is luscious. Laced with lactose to give it an extra silky mouth feel, further complimented by a sweet bitterness to finish, the Stone Fruit IPA is as easy as they come.

A truly amazing barrel-aged beer. This dark amber beer has a subdued whisky and hop aroma with hints of oak, truffle, sweet chocolate and almond macaroon on the nose with flavours figs, cherries and dry sherry followed by a soft alcohol warmth, mild bitterness with lingering hints of vanilla and chocolate from the oak and malts.

BirdHaus is a hazy India Pale Ale hopped with NZ Chinook, Moutere, and Nectaron hops for a delicious flavour & aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple and resin.

Complex herb & fruit salad aromas of banana, passionfruit, capsicum & riesling-like diesel. Biscuity malts bolster smooth bitterness, a smidgen of spice & shiny emerald hoppiness.
