ESHcapade brings bold New Zealand hop character, bright aroma, big flavour, and the kind of intensity worthy of the name.

This is a small batch, limited release beer. Once the NZ IPA Challenge results are announced, more people are going to be looking for it, and when it’s gone, it’s gone.

Our most popular beer, Dragon APA has a slightly sweet aroma with citrus and herbal pine flavours from Mosaic and Falconer’s Flight hops.

The use of Gladfield’s American Ale, Wheat and Medium Crystal malts provide an excellent base for a medium bodied and quaffable APA.

Kiwi pukupuku forage here, Tuatara bask, Kākā sing & native bush hums with the sound of Aotearoa at her most delightfully primal. Nelson’s Brook Waimārama Sanctuary is for the birds, the bees, the mushrooms, the trees. It’s for Wētā, Kākāriki & ferns where forest song echoes & wildness yearns to thrive. This beer was made to help them all, brewed with a unique native NZ yeast captured & cultivated by our friends at Froth Tech in Wellington. No San Fran shenanigans or LA mayhem here, friends, just a cloudless sky vibe & the crisp assurance that beer is good. For this one, seismic doses of Simcoe & Mosaic + Galaxy by Abstrax Hops lend luxuriant, lush tones to a dry Pilsner body. Think Northern Cali dank green meets So Cal arid desert expanse & you’re onto it. Whether you’re a Pilsner-style fan or just a beer aficionado, it’s awesome. Totally awesome.

HOPS US Simcoe & Mosaic + Galaxy by Abstrax Hops

Based on the historic stouts of London which added Oysters to add to theirperceived nutrition Three Boys annual winter release includes fresh BluffOysters which are added to boil with the hops. Pouring an inky pitch black witha healthy tan head, Oyster Stout is dry, roasty and rich with some dark fruitand the slightest hint of brine. 

At 6.2% ABV it's the ideal winter warmer forthe frosty nights we have been having. 

It's also the perfect accompaniment to afresh bluff oyster or a hearty beef and mushroom pie.

Three Boys - In this Imperial Version of our famous Oyster Stout, we double the malt, double the hops, and double the additoin of that Sout Sea delicacy - Bluff Oysters.  Let's just say it's no beer for land-lovers and should remain the special preserve of the captain's quarters.

12% ABV.

4.5% - Earl Grey & Vanilla Milk Porter

Put the kettle on. Traditional London Porter with a twist, brewed with ale, crystal, oats, chocolate and black malts, topped up with an extra helping of milk sugar and then infused with Earl Grey tea and vanilla. Smooth, creamy milk and malt sweetness, melded with earthy tea, citrus bergamot and vanilla. Pinkies up.

This is our medal winning Roaring 40's Robust Porter.  We love a good porter for its richness but don't like a harsh roast bitterness; we avoid this by building the malt profile with nearly a dozen malts to create a rich roastiness with minimal bite.  Carbonated and Nitrogenated for a rich smoothness.

6.3% ABV.

A new Gluten-Free that is tropical and hazy. Made with sorghum, buckwheat, and NZ & US hops.  Fruity and refreshing!

Due to the insane popularity of our Raspberry Pink Gn’t we thought we’d better bring out something new! So here’s our new Feijoa Gin and Tonic. A premium Gin and Tonic blend mixed with fresh, super delicious seasonal Feijoa!

Our Pink G’nT presents a premium gin and tonic coupled with Raspberry to give both a lovely pink colour and a fresh fruit flavour. You won’t find it sweet, instead crisp and refreshing served perfectly over ice with a slice of lime.

When theatres close their doors they keep an electric light illuminated on the stage, to keep the resident ghosts happy. With lockdown, Ghost Lights have been burning bright on stages around the world. Good for the ghosts, not so for those in the Arts. Brewed with extra light malt, oats and a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, creating a brilliant white gold brew, with a distinctly spectral haze. Just what’s needed to raise spirits.
