This is the OG Phantom Lord that inspired the whole range. Proof that you can be dark, without being brooding. Sure, it’s demonically black, roasty and toasty, but it’s also full of the joys of life, thanks to an abomination of hops. We’ve kettle hopped, whirlpool hopped, and added a big dose of dry hop. It’s stout meets APA. Praise the Phantom Lord.

Panhead - XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It’s just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it’s a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Our 2022 Brewer's Guild Trophy winner is named after the Dark Sky Reserve in the Mackenzie Basin. This beer is best enjoyed on a wintery evening whilst partaking in some shooting star spotting. A pitch black pour with a tight tan head reveals an abundance of complex coffee, chocolate and caramelized sugar aromas that meld with roasted grains and some wood char. Light and creamy is the first impression; giving way to coffee and campfire roast marshmallows finishing with a dry and lengthy roasty bitterness that's classic of the style.

Forged in the greenlands of Waikanae, Lord of the Cones is a quest into the heart of our most precious hops. Fresh Nelson Sauvin are gathered at dawn and rushed straight into the kettle, unleashing bursts of citrus, grape, and gooseberry. One Cone to Refresh Them All.

A yearly released Sauvignon Blanc barrel aged farmhouse ale. Starting life as our seasonal saison, Rivage Brux takes on the winey, slightly tannic character of the barrel. Tangy Brett, Viniuos notes with a lean malt backbone combine to create the Beer Worlds answer to Orange Wine.

inspired by the wild iron-rich beaches of the west coast we devised a smooth warming stout that combines oats, caramelised rye, and chocolate wheat malt with our fruity English yeast strain and some lightly zesty Nelson hops. The result is a stout fit to fortify against wild west coast winter storms and the perfect match to a night beside the fire.

Behind the walls of several Belgian monasteries there exists a tradition of making strong, dark, rich, fruity beers packed with the flavours and aromas of dark sugar and dried fruit. The strongest of these are often referred to as quadrupels. Our anniversary beer, Cuvée de Moor, takes the dried fruit one stage further and includes a range of Moroccan fruit and dark sugars in the kettle before resting for a year in bretted pinot noir barrels. It doesn't have to always be about hops. With the surging popularity of overtly hoppy beer, there's an extreme demand for the aromatic little flowers. The history of beer has never seen such overwhelming pressure on the international hop supply. With entire crops unavailable to the smaller brewery, these are the Darkest Days for the hard-core hop heads. But this isn't about hops. This is about a delicious oatmeal stout, darker and more ominous that your hopped up fears. Challenge your palate with this, decidedly, devilish drop. Enjoy full bodied bitter chocolate and espresso notes, with a rich texture, at cellar temperature with your friends and family.
