When the cliché was coined that dogs are humanity’s best friends, it was a Greyhound they had in mind. Whether your plans involve a run or a rest, a greyhound is up for joining in. We’ve dedicated our low carb hazy pale ale to them, and kept it fittingly lean and easy-going, with sparkling citrus hop characters, good balance, and a crisp finish.

Richard Emerson loves it when his ears burn. It either means he's being talked about, or he's drinking one of his absolute favourites: a chilli chocolate stout. This luxurious decadent brew is made with cocoa, red chillies, and Belgian yeast, giving it a deliciously complex rich plum, raisin, and chocolate flavour, a smooth velvety texture, and of course a warming spicy finish. Don't worry, while Deaf by Chocolate may make your ears tingle a little, it won't actually make you deaf.

It’s an esoteric twist fusing hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Motueka, Mosaic & NZ Cascade fuse with rich tropical fruit and juicy tart citrus. Welcome one and all, to the new age of IPA.

For the lovers of Double hazy’s Cryo Sabro, Cryo Talus, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin produces a tropical juice bomb with a  glorious flavour profile of coconut, mango, peach, citrus, and grape.

With seven West Coast hop varieties, this IPA is inspired by our favourite seven piece kiwi band. It is packed with enough complexity and flavour to fill a stadium with chill reggae dub vibes and still punch enough bitterness to pump out a post punk set into the darkest dungeon. Look out for passionfruit and mandarin skanking away on the malt dance floor, then wash away into the dankness for a crisp bitter finish.

Forget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sydney's rock god pizza tossers Frankies.

Our IPA is crisp and fruity with honey and citrus undertones. More English than American in style, Stoke IPA is tank-conditioned over four weeks to enhance the smooth, caramel sweetness. It is light but a step up in hop intensity from our Pilsner.

Aliment's new core range IPA. Fittingly it's a nod to Vermont, the US state where Jason was weaned on Grade B maple syrup, long winters & stellar powder days. And - yes - it's UNFILTERED. Shockingly it isn’t green given the lavish dollops of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Pacifica in every drop. But - no surprise - it’s a banger! Sticky dank cannabis, fresh lemon zest & rich, ripe tropical fruit notes coat the palate to proper bitterness & a gloriously long hoppy finish. One pint & - jeezum crow! - you’re in a Green Mountain state of mind.

The 2023 Vintage Stout is the fifth release of our ‘Vintage’ range of yearly Barrel Aged releases.

This Imperial Stout was brewed with a ‘Reiterated’ Double Mashing schedule, in which the second mash is mixed in with high gravity Wort from the first mash. This process allows us to extract a more concentrated sweet Wort, which feeds the yeast to create a higher alcohol brew.

A small addition of dextrose sugar in the fermenter added an extra hit of alcohol which gives this beer a warming balance to the oak tannins. We then decanted the beer into New Zealand Whisky Barrels from Pōkeno Distillery, and left the beer to rest for nine months.

The process of Oak ageing creates a chemical reaction between the wood and the beer, in which flavour compounds such as tannins and vanillins leach into the beer, creating a rounded and complex flavour. By treating the oak barrel as an additional ‘ingredient’ we’ve been able to create this complex and rich brew that is perfect for winter nights, and will also cellar extremely well as it gains complexity with ageing.
