Feijoa Orchard on Ahu Ahu Road, ?akura, Taranaki Story: This Belgian inspired Sour Beer is a mix of 12 and 24 month old mixed ferment, oak barrel aged ales rested on freshly picked Feijoas from ?akura Farms Orchard on Ahu Ahu Road, and then conditioned in bottle with fresh Brettanomyces Yeast. Store upright in the fridge for at least 24 hours before gently decanting.

When you own a brewery you might as well name a beer after yourself, and you better make it a big American hopped Double IPA. The Big George is hopped with Citra and Ekanot, giving it a mighty pineapple and citrus tropical hit.

Independence means thinking for ourselves and we value that in others. Making a beer without alcohol was a challenge we wanted to meet. We have an ethos of resourcefulness and creativity in how our brewery is run and all of that was needed in brewing this beer with aroma, great mouthfeel and balance. We?ve joined dessert forces with The Enormous Crocodile Co; the crew behind the iconic Wellington waterfront croc bikes and shakes. Transforming their decadent Gold Rush Croc Shake into a big boi of a pastry stout. Chocolate, hokey pokey and loads of toffee malt give us all of the sweet delish feels (and it?s vegan friendly too!).

A summer project for the team at Sunshine Brewery. Local watermelon, lime juice and guava create a refreshing heavy fruited sour. A heavy wheat grist provides plenty of body to balance all the light fruit making this a perfect sipper through the summer and autumn months.

10.0% - Decadent, double dry hopped, hazy IIIPA

Beat a path to huge hop flavour. Paths of Desire - hyper decadent, double dry hopped, hazy triple IPA. Lush layers of velvet smooth wheat and oats, super saturated with Citra, Galaxy and Luminosa hops, creates intense aromatic waves of bright citrus followed with sweet peach, guava and ripe berry. You're on the path.
