One of our favourite times for foraging is elderflower season. First appearing in early spring - the window of opportunity to pick them is very narrow. When 'go time' arrives, the whole brewery heads out and goes flower picking. We've made this seasonal release every year since 2018. It combines the delicately sweet floral aroma of these tiny flowers with the fresh tang of seasonal cucumbers. An early tickling tartness rises before finishing quickly, this beer is very clean, very dry and very refreshing.

ABV: 4.5%

Amarillo- The second release in our Huhu Hazy series, showcases Amarillo hops. Bright and aromatic with notes of orange, tangerine and apricot, backed by subtle floral tones. A smooth pillowy body and natural carbonation deliver a juicy, citrus-forward haze experience.

Castaway - Pacific Pale Ale 4.8% abv

Our adventure-seeking Castaway has been off seeing what is beyond the blue horizon, but is back and better than ever. This isn't just a NEW LOOK, but a full REVAMP! We have changed so many processes and procedures from our learnings over the years that we decided to take on the challenge of updating them to our new standards: better practices, better equipment, better beer and a better look. Here is a nod of the hat for one of our original commercial beers, first brewed back in 2016 in our Brew Shed!

Emerson’s are thrilled to have made the Otago Nuggets and Southern Hoiho team this season. While they do the hooping, we do the hopping. Sending out an all star, all American line-up of Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops, to keep your taste buds on their toes. Hoops is the perfect balance of malt and hop, with aromas and flavours of berry, tropical fruit and pine. You might just be looking at this year’s MVB.

INDULGE IN A LIQUID DESSERT WITH THIS DECADENT BROWN ALE. CRAFTED FOR THOSE WITH A SWEET TOOTH, THIS BEER CAPTURES THE COMFORTING FLAVOURS OF A MAPLE COOKIE, FEATURING A TOASTY MALT BASE THAT PROVIDES A "BREADY" FOUNDATION, INFUSED WITH AROMATIC SPICES AND SWEET MAPLE SYRUP.

Flavours Jumbo pilsner malt with triple wheat malt, flaked wheat, and oats, plus maltodextrine for support, builds a warship of softness against the 10.2%. Superdelic and Nectaron form a juicy tropical dankness duo - Superdelic sends red fruit, mango, and sweet berry aromas, while Nectaron detonates pineapple and passionfruit, leveling the playing field.
