A New Zealand take on an old world classic. 

A crisp dry Larger nicely hopped up with floral notes of citrus and spice. Classic New Zealand hops give lots of spice and citrus with hints of tropical fruit.

A blissful blend of fruit and beer. Super smooth, easy drinking lager, cut with New Zealand peach for a mouth watering fresh fruit flavour. Pure refreshment. Pure Bliss.

Siege of Liège is a BA mixed fermentation saison, aged on Liège Sirop ( pear, apple, date) for 18 months, in an ex red wine puncheon. Conditioned in the bottle for 6 months. Rich and fruity, tart and tannic.

In Wallonia, southern Belgium, the famous beer style is a farmhouse Saison; often the most difficult style to describe, because the 'farmer brewers' use whatever grain may have been surplus at harvest time and a fermentation I that differs from the norm. This beer was inspired by our trip to Liège (a truly fascinating city) and the delicious fruit syrup used in their cooking. We brewed an ale using French Saison yeast, then put it into two large puncheons for a further fermentation, along with some souring microbes and wild yeasts, to which we added our homemade Liège Sirop. After a year in the oak, the initial sweetness from the stewed pear and apple, has been converted into a complex fruity tart sour ale, that we think the besieged folk of Liège may have imbibed centuries ago.

Campfire Conversations is our tribute to crisp mornings, sizzling bacon pancakes and stories shared around a crackling campfire.

Brewed with mānuka-smoked malt, dark wheat and golden oats before being finished with a generous addition of maple syrup, this full-bodied porter balances rich indulgence with refined drinkability.

Expect layers of caramel, dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, complemented by sweet maple and a delicate smoky character that evokes glowing embers rather than a roaring fire.

Smooth, comforting and perfectly balanced, it's a beer made for slowing down, sharing with friends and enjoying one conversation at a time.

Bold Citrus and pine aroma with Simcoe, Mosaic and Riwaka hops. Crisp, bitter and refreshingly dry. A classic West Coast IPA.

Deep mahogany with ruby highlights, vibrant New Zealand hop aroma of citrus, pine and subtle white wine. Body carries layers of earthy rye spice and light dark chocolate; finish is slightly dry with a balanced bitterness and lingering spicy hop character.

Although it's not exactly Upper Hutt, Canyon Brewing's Queenstown location is still pretty flash so we have a lot in common. 100kg of Yuzu gives this cheesecake sour a sweet yet salty citrus profile on a biscuit malt base. Perfect after a big day jet-boating up the shotover or floating down the Hutt river on a tyre tube
