Emerson's - The orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus.  Which roughly translates as, a hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone.  In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out.  Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise.  Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

4.2% ABV.

60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped -- more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil. Getting a vibe of where the name came from? 60 Minute is brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful but balanced East Coast IPA with a lot of citrusy hop character, it's the session beer for hardcore enthusiasts!

6% ABV

Smooth Operator Cream Ale is a 19th-century American style brew designed to keep you coming back for more, with a slight touch of whole bean vanilla and Gisborne’s finest honey. Think creamy, smooth and refreshing with a clean and zesty finish. 

4.7% ABV 

 Brewed with the beach in mind. Super Alpha takes its name from a local hop variety, boasting zesty citrus, to wash away the salt water after a hard day at the beach, or (not) mowing the lawns.

5.0% ABV

Beach Hoist started as a collaboration with Barley Browns from Oregon , taking the Pacific North West style of IPA and using NZ Hops. It has now taken on a life of it's own.

6.5% ABV.

Baylands - We love American hops and this West Coast style Indian Pale Ale is jam packed full of 'em!

Inside you'll find five different U.S. hops delivering a big aroma and a bitter, yet smooth finish.

Named in honour of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson's short-lived veto of the Prohibition Bill in 1919.

7.0% ABV.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of our favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

5.0% ABV.

A trailblazer when first released in 2009, Hopwired was one of the world's first IPAs to be brewed exclusively with New Zealand hops. Today it's as unique as ever, delivering an enticing punchbowl of tropical fruit, citrus and gooseberry flavours balanced by mouth-filling caramel malt sweetness.

7.3% ABV.

Our everyday pale that's anything but ‘everyday’. Paradise Pale Ale is laden with NZ hops making it ‘all-tropical’ all the time. Star fruit, oranges, limes & papaya fill the palate along with enough light malt to keep it dry & refreshing. You could say there’s a little paradise in every pour.

American Pale Ale - citrus, tropical, floral & pine notes from the hops with a light biscuity malt profile.

The Expatriate is an American Pale Ale leaving the homeland in an exploration of something more.  It had no idea it would find New Zealand but the hops were too good to pass up. An alliance of US and NZ hops are sure to enlist your palate for a second round.

5.6% ALC./VOL.

Timothy Taylor - The drinkers' favourite, and the classic pale ale, with complex citrus and hoppy aroma.  Landlord was launched in 1952 and has won more awards nationally than any other beer including CAMRA draught Supreme Champion Beer of Britain four times.

Taylor's Taste is achieved by using the finest natural ingredients- our unique Knowle Spring water, the highest grade Golden Promise malted barley, whole leaf hops, and our own Taylor's Taste yeast.

4.1% ABV.

A new Gluten-Free that is tropical and hazy. Made with sorghum, buckwheat, and NZ & US hops.  Fruity and refreshing!

This gorgeous NEIPA is Eddyline's classic CrankYanker recipe but modified by boosting the tropical El Dorado Hops, and adding a touch of Citra hops along with the standard Centennial and Mosaic.

 It comes across as a dank juiciness bursting with tropical aromas.

6.5% ABV.

Panhead - Pours pale gold like dawn on a summers day. It’s also a bit hazy obviously. Citrus and tropical aromas come jumping out of the glass with orange, mango and stonefruit notes all along for the ride. A soft and silking mouthfeel with more of those juicy fruit notes is balanced but a pithy grapefruit zest bitterness and clean refreshing finish.
