A Hazy Pale with Citra & Equanot hops

This 5.2% Double Dry hopped Pale Ale serves up a delicious medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Fermented with Vermont Yeast, packed full of Citra and Mosaic Hops and Dry Hopped with enhanced pellets it’s a punchy combination of fruity, tropical and citrus notes! (Store Cold)

Brewed with a choice combination of Barley, Wheat and three types of Oats it pours a hazy pale straw colour. The mouthfeel is oily and silky, the body sweet and prominent all rounded out with the lightest of crisp bitter finishes to get you quaffing back for more.

This all combined with our very own house New England yeast tees up the perfect platform to showcase this styles most important attribute, the hops. Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Azacca all come out to play to deliver an explosion of orange peel, mango, melon and pine, enough oil to grease your teeth!

Pupa is built to sit between east and west coast styles of American IPA. Both aroma and flavour swell with a deep hit of light citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Oats create a full yet smooth mouthfeel and the fruity yeast strain lends a soft stone fruit flavour to the finish.

We love Simcoe here at Vibrant. It's a hop which is the backbone in so many of our most popular recipes, and it's about time it was pushed into the limelight. What evil creeps from within the brewery. Nightmare on Aro Street, blood red IPA, brewed with a terrifyingly juicy blend of 5 malts balanced with the mouthwatering grapefruit citrus hit of Chinook, Simcoe, Citra and New Zealand Cascade. Be afraid, be very afraid.

If you like pale ales there arent many that dont dig solid tropical flavours and aromas. Yes mainly multiple additions of American hops pushing our local footprint but damn theyre good. Dont worry well plant some trees...actually. But first chop those pineapply hops. Cryogenesis completed. Drink cold and fresh.
