Charm Quark is an unfiltered extra pale ale made with Idaho7 and Zythos hops. Softy biscuit malts and citrusy and floral hops round out this exceptional beer. It is refreshing and very drinkable!

Caesar said he wanted a tropical India Pale Ale to keep him happy and get the monkey off our back. We jammed this beer full of our favourite USA and Kiwi hops. It bloody worked! A clean and crisp IPA, loaded full of NZ and US hops.

PEACH & GUAVA HAZY PALE ALE // 5.5%

A vibrant and summery hazy pale ale with juicy peach and tropical guava.

You'd often catch Basil at the Hill Road lookout, scoping out his next fishing trip. Peering through the mist and glimpsing a hazy horizon - the inspiration for this brew. This tin cracks open with passionfruit and mango, layered with tropical citrus. Smooth and juicy, with a pithy, balanced bitterness.

We're ready with another round of boosted hoppiness. This new hazy IPA is ready to launch you through strata of zesty, fresh, tropical flavours that are out of this world. With the help of "Super Sauvin" from Freestyle Hops, we've strapped some Thiol boosters to this hop rocket of a beer, enhancing the well known Nelson Sauvin flavours of passionfruit, lime and gooseberries. New Zealand, we have lift-off.

Our 2024 vintage of Meli is a barrel fermented pale ale conditioned on local wildflower honey and NZ Cascade & Wai-iti hops. Meli showcases a nice piney, kaffir lime hop aroma matched with rustic barrel character and a floral clean honey finish. Light bodied, dry, and fresh with a light bitter finish.

Aotearoa - Land of the long white cloud, a name said to be given by Maori voyagers who first sighted these shores - Is a home to an abundance of heavenly hops. 

This New Zealand Pale Ale showcases the distinctive hop characteristics of Aotearoa New Zealand. 

Featuring a bright, balanced hop profile with vibrant citrus flavours, leaning towards lemon and lime zest, complemented by subtle floral and herbal notes in the background. 

The new experimental hop variety NZH 111, supplied by NZ Hops Bract Programme, adds a delicate touch and harmonises beautifully with Motueka and Pacifica, all on a crisp and clean Pilsner malt canvas. 

Sips like a ride on a long with cloud - smooth, refreshing and effortlessly enjoyable!
