Chortle chortle, merriment and mirth. Oh, but seriously though, this is a very tasty mezcal, made in Tlacolula in Mexico's Oaxaca region. It was twice distilled in copper stills and the result garnered a "Best of the Best" Best Aged Mezcal from the 2012 Tequila.net Awards.

The first Rum from LWF Distillery. This clean white rum is created by fermenting Molasses from Bundaberg, Queensland Australia with a specialty yeast, in beautiful clean New Zealand rainwater. The completed ferment is then transferred to the pot still for its first distillation.

This 'wash run' is then combined with one other wash run to go through the rectifying column – the spirit run. The spirit run is where all the purification happens - the spirit comes off at between 94-98 abv. Its clean and ready to settle for a couple of weeks before being reduced to 40%, with 5 times filtered New Zealand rainwater for bottling.

This is a fresh rum, with clean flavour and just enough distinct back flavour to be enjoyed in any of your classic cocktails.

Marasquin is a liqueur obtained from the distillation of the stones of a small type of cherry called marasque. This liqueur was developed by the Italians, hence the name of "maraschino" which is sometimes used. Marasques cherries originally came from the Balkans. The Balkans are separated from Italy by the Adriatic Sea. Marasquin is a liqueur with a delicate taste that can be served as a digestif and more often in cocktails.

Brick red core with a mahogany rim. The nose has a complex and intense bouquet of red and black cherries overlaid with almond and marzipan aromas. The palate has a smooth round taste with a hint of almond. A strong essence of cherries with a spicy nose on the finish.

Distilled extracts of oranges and curacao fruit, delicately blended to preserve the orange flavour.  Drier and higher in alcohol strength than the curacao liqueurs.

Koch Tobasiche is made with wild maguey Tobasiche that is matured 12 years before being harvested. It is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla. On the palate, it is sweet with strong notes of anise. Is also has hints of herbs and roots.

In 2009, Carlos resumed the family tradition and teamed up with 5th generation maestro mezcalero Pedro Hernandez to create Koch El Mezcal de Oaxaca, with the goal of preserving and promoting mezcal culture.
