Cinco Sangria Rum is the blend of our white rum with Unkel’s fruity organic Nelson Pinot Noir, and NZ-grown oranges, cherries, and apples. The amalgamation results in a medium-bodied rum with aromas of orange peel and apple, partnered with big bursts of flavour from cherries and oranges, finished lightly with a hint of dark chocolate.

Gion but not as you know it! This classic gin is layered with Rata, Manuka Honey, Pear and a twist of Amarillo & Mosaic hops for added complexity.

Ocho is the first tequila to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the family grown agaves were sourced. Each batch comes from a different field or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place. The blue agave takes about 10 years to grow, so there can be no more tequila from that field for another decade, making each vintage rare and collectible. The Reposado is aged for '8 Weeks and 8 Days'...

For this, "The Botanist", small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics; orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 wild, native island botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Hebridean island of Islay.

This truly seasonal and exotic cocktail is then slow "simmer" distilled in our unique and cherished Lomond pot-still, "ugly betty". Betty prefers to work at low-pressure and won't be rushed. 

So our precious botanicals are slowly and gently coaxed into releasing their complex, signature aromatics. This was a unique project for our head distiller, Jim McEwan. Jim says he had to "learn a new dance" with Betty, and none of us knew what to expect from that first, achingly-slow 17 hour distillation. The result: a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance.

 In an age of re-badged industrial gins, the Botanist stands out as a truly artisanal, small-batch, hand-crafted labor of love and distiller's art. A breath of botanical Islay in every glass.

Cointreau: a masterpiece crafted through the unique distillation of all-natural sweet and bitter orange peels, resulting in a crystal clear liqueur that strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. For more than 30 years, the finest orange peels are carefully selected by our Master Distiller, Carole Quinton, to create the definitive orange liqueur.

Scrumptious on its own and endlessly mixable, it's an adult treat. Life really is sweet.

An opulent blend of the finest spirits aged for 8 to 15 years. Where Eclipse is floral and fruity, Extra Old blends significantly older barrels of mainly double pot distillates that have rounded these crisper notes into a subtler balance. The cognac Courvoisier VSOP Fine Champagne is a Cognac with a deep flavour and a smooth finish, composed of the two best crus (Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne) of the Cognac region.

This 100% pot still Jamaican rum made with a blend of spirits from Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries, which Maison Ferrand now owns a third of after purchasing the West Indies Rum Distillery in 2017. Master blender Alexandre Gabriel created the Xaymaca (pronounced zay-muck-uh) brand, which is the original name for Jamaica that the indigenous Arawaks, who inhabited Jamaica well before Columbus set foot on the island in 1494, gave it.
