Santisima Trinidad de Cuba seven year old Rum is a bright amber in colour with sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

The TANQUERAY? Perfect Serve?

1. First of all, take a fresh lime and cut it into wedges. 
2. Take one of these wedges and squeeze the juice from it into the bottom of your hi-ball glass. 
3. Next, fill the glass two thirds with premium quality ice and then pour in a 35ml measure of TANQUERAY® gin (43% ABV). 
4. Now, top up the glass with premium quality tonic and stir well. 
5. Finally, run a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass, so that the fresh smell and taste of citrus greets you as you drink, and for the finishing touch, drop a fresh piece of lime into your now perfectly made T&T.

The Santisima range is a blend of distilled cane sugar (or agricole) and rum distilled and aged from molasses. The rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then hand selected and blended across different ages to create the different styles. The fifteen year old is big and round with flavours and aromas of nuts, stewed fruits and molasses.

The VSOP stands for Very Superior Old Pale andmeans the youngest cognac in the blend has been stored in oak barrels for atleast 4 years. The Hennessy XO is a blend of more than a hundred different eaux-de-vie. Those eaux-de-vie are between 10 to 70 years old. This XO used to be a Reserve de Famille, exclusively available to the Hennessy family, later on it found its way onto international markets.

Traditionally made using the dried peel of the small Curacao orange, named after the island of Curacao in the Caribbean, Curacao liqueurs can be clear, blue or orange. The colours are purely decorative, but the bitter orange flavours are very similar. The Curacao fruits are sliced and macerated in fine neutral spirit to extract the flavours. Once the blend has been enhanced with sugar and brandy, it is then left to marry for several weeks to develop its full flavour.
