Twelfth Hour Distillery was born from our desire to fuse fresh, tantalizing, exotic botanicals from around the globe with premium New Zealand gin. Small batch distillation ensures handcrafted premium quality every time. 

After 22 iterations uniting global botanicals with the powerful makrut (kaffir lime) Twelfth Hour Dry Gin has a clean, crisp aroma on the nose.  An initial hit of makrut on the tongue leads into a long dry finish that sees the revitalizing taste linger on the palette.  A punchy gin prefect for summer but made to enjoy all year round.  Team with your favourite tonic then immerse a bruised makrut leaf to enhance the lead botanical or garnish with a ribbon of cucumber for a refreshing twist.

A silver tequila from Arette, this was launched in 2007 and is made at the El Llano distillery, which has been owned by the Orendain family since the early 20th century. This is bottled on site in Jalisco.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Creamy aromas. Hints of lemongrass, fresh herbs, baked agave notes.

Palate: Roasted, slightly vegetal palate. Lemon and lime, hints of blossom and vanilla.

Finish: Slightly short finish with a little spice.

This smooth, clean tequila is aged for 45 days to add a hint of color and oak to its tangy citrus character, which brings more agave flavor and unparalleled pleasure to a margarita.

Citadelle Gin has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon develop in a most remarkable way. The appetizing bouquet is reminiscent of gardens in springtime. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours, three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes. Havana Club 7 is a marriage of rums - each aged for a minimum of 7 years in our continuous aging system, every time we make it a proportion is re-aged and added to a future batch of Havana Club 7.  The result is a multi-layered rum that can be enjoyed neat or with your own twist.

A sugar-free 7-year old super premium rum, full-bodied with a mahogany color. It has aromas of toasted coconuts, vanilla and figs and a flavor with notes of honey and dark chocolate, with a long and smooth finish. Best enjoyed with sparkling water or sodas.

El Jimador - el Jimador Reposado begins with 100% hand-harvested blue Weber agave, naturally fermented and double distilled. Then it enjoys a two-month siesta in our own handmade American oak barrels until the perfect moment. The results are worth the wait: an exquisite golden tone, warm seasoned flavors and a smooth, confident agave flavor that really shines through.

A classy aperitif, il Specialino, an alcoholic bitter with a base of Aromatized Wine, obtained from the infusion of bitter Alpine herbs characterized by an intense aroma and ruby red colour.

It is the perfect addition to cocktails and thanks to its all natural ingredients and harmonious aromas of orange and herbal notes, it provokes a bitter-sweet sensation, and has a lively, persistent taste that stimulates the senses.

It is made from a century-old secret formula that skilfully blends white wine, herbs and selected spices which are left to steep in the alcohol. During this time of infusion, it is mixed by hand daily. After natural sedimentation, the liquid is filtered, bottled and labeled

We’re using whole oranges which is unusual but Australian citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like cardamom.

The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel.
