Handcrafted on the stunning Kāpiti Coast, it features Kawakawa leaves hand-picked from their family farm in Masterton, combined with crisp water from the Tararua Ranges and repurposed whey-based alcohol sourced from pure, grass-fed New Zealand dairy in Reporoa.

On the nosing you are blinded by a flash-bang of orange, cardamon and a hint of cordite. When tasting, the gin bursts through your trap peppering you with sustained, accurate heat that gives way to a body of cardamom and cinnamon. The finish has a zesty orange citrus.

A natural matrix of locally foraged rosehip, together with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, vapour-distilled into our Single Malt Spirit. We refuse to chill-filter to deliver you full flavour and character. Because THE SOURCE is non-chill-filtered, you will notice the spirit clouds with dilution or when cold - a mark of distinction for this very rare and special drop.

Koakoa - This Limoncello is koakoas signature offering.  We select the best quality New Zealand fruit and handcraft a liqueur which is described as bright, zesty citrus with a hint of sherbet lemons and bonbons.  It has a soft, creamy lemon start with a flash of citrus blossom and lemon meringue pie.

Metaxa is a Greek distilled spirit invented by Spyros Metaxas in 1888. It is a blend of brandy and wine made from sun-dried Savatiano, Sultana and Black Corinth grape varieties.
