A classy aperitif, il Specialino, an alcoholic bitter with a base of Aromatized Wine, obtained from the infusion of bitter Alpine herbs characterized by an intense aroma and ruby red colour.

It is the perfect addition to cocktails and thanks to its all natural ingredients and harmonious aromas of orange and herbal notes, it provokes a bitter-sweet sensation, and has a lively, persistent taste that stimulates the senses.

It is made from a century-old secret formula that skilfully blends white wine, herbs and selected spices which are left to steep in the alcohol. During this time of infusion, it is mixed by hand daily. After natural sedimentation, the liquid is filtered, bottled and labeled

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is crafted to deliver the best of all worlds: a perfect, classic gin and also something that would fascinate and delight even the most hardened gin fanatic. It’s spicy but with great citrus, a truly modern Australian gin. Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin captures the essence of contemporary Australia’s heritage in Europe and Asia. We’re using whole oranges which is unusual but Australian citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like cardamom.

The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel.

Havana Club Cuban Spiced balances the taste of sweet vanilla and aromatic spices with hints of juicy ripe guava, toasted coconut and fresh pineapple.

Alba Pura Tequila Blanco is sourced 1500m above sea level, in the small town of Magdalena in the highland region of Jalisco, Mexico. This mountainous wonderland is the perfect setting for blue agave to flourish, with a Mediterranean climate laden with red clay, mineral rich soil and high elevations. 

The Alba Pura Tequila Blanco is a smooth and slightly sweeter finish with fruit characteristics typical in tequilas of this region. Alba Pure Blanco is a margarita's best friend. Upfront agave aromas with fresh and sharp floral notes.

This Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin Liqueur is inspired by an old English sloe gin recipe using New Zealand grown autumn fruits.  The plums have been macerated for 4 months in a dry gin styled specifically for this liqueur developing sour cherry line tones which are prominent on the front palate.  The sweetness of the blackberry and the delicate spices and citrus of the gin fill the background creating a truly characterful gin liqueur.  Drink chilled, straight as a dessert liqueur or with ice and mixers as a delicious gin cocktail.

An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It's produced at The Shed distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.
