Del Maguey brings you a collection of Single Village Mezcal made in the lush, remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.  Each Mezcal is named for the village where it is made.

Vida is extremely mixable.  
Nose:  heightened fruit aromatics, hint of honey and vanilla.  
Palate:  Ginger, Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Banana and Tangerine and roasted Agave with a long, smooth finish.

Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadin and are produced the original, 500-year old Artisanal, hand-crafted way.  Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve quality.  There are no chemicals, colorings or additives ever used in any Del Maguey, Single Village Mezcal.

The Potager Gin is a citrus-forward gin with floral notes, hand-crafted and single-shot distilled in small batches. This gin compliments our range with a unique flavour profile reminiscent of a french kitchen garden.

Botanicals:

Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, lemon, orange, grapefruit, basil, nettle and rose hip.

Sandymount gin flavoured with blackberry and weighing in at 37.5% ABV. A great way to spice up your G&Ts.

Sea Lovers Gin is a distinctive and delicious contemporary gin that subtly marries marine ingredients with more traditional botanicals, conjuring the essence of the sea into your glass. The wild harvested North Island kelp gives a lovely umami complexity to the nose and serves as a counterpoint to the brightness of the lime and rosemary. The palate is full and crisp with the oyster shells bringing a sophisticated minerality. Serve with quality light tonic or soda, a sprig fresh rosemary and twist of lime.

Our Orchard Gin is a single-shot distilled gin using traditional and native botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, orris root, kawakawa leaves, nutmeg, and, of course, orchard pears.

This gin is the perfect choice for a sunny afternoon and pairs exceptionally well with neutral tonic waters or soda water.

BOTANICALS:
Orange Peel, Roasted Dandelion & Burdock Root, Horopito, Mairehau, Nutmeg, Pimento, Bay Leaf,
Orris Root, Cacao Nib, Coffee Bean, Green Cardamom.

TASTING NOTES:
Aroma: Bright citrus at first with a noticeable but well integrated spicy oakiness. Less herbal than the silver.

With time the earthier notes come through and a definite roasted coffee note.
Palate: The wood sugars have played their part and have married beautifully with the warm orange and oak. Baking spices dominate the mid palate with a pleasing silky mouth feel. This develops into coffee, chocolate and generally ruminess that combine with wood tannins to give richness and structure. Pleasant lingering heat on finish.

APPEARANCE:
Light gold, similar to a Fino Sherry or an aged Chardonnay.

Fruity with a taste of fresh apple and grape. A warm and supple Armagnac that can be used in cocktails or for cooking.

Whole roasted cocoa beans are macerated on an alcohol base to create a chocolatey, clean liqueur. Briottet have masterfully balanced sweetness with purity and intensity of flavour. This is a great cocktail liqueur.
