Unit price perWhat we have here is a true artisanal liqueur. Alexandre Gabriel, the brains trust behind Pierre Ferrand Cognac and Plantation Rhum, is also a bit of a cocktail geek and booze historian. He wanted to replicate the "old style dry French curacao" that they used to drink. This is a quite incredible liqueur. It's triple-distilled, blended with Ferrand cognac, then aged in ex-cognac oak for a short time to meld the flavours. The ageing gives the liqueur some woody, sea-breeze and lime zest notes.; This is a liqueur of intrigue and subtlety. There is a lot more going on here than just "generic orange liqueur". Vanilla, Mandarin, Old Spice, and sweet Indian spices all mingle on the palate. Sipping this over ice from a snifter wouldn't be out of place, but it's really a mixer. Take your Margarita to the next level, or drop a little in your next Gin and Tonic.

Unit price perAround 2004, Ilegal's founder John Rexer began bringing mezcal down from Oaxaca to Antigua to supply his bar, Café No Sé. The mezcal became popular very quickly. At the time, he was bringing down unbranded mezcal from a variety of villages in Oaxaca. In 2006, John created the brand Ilegal, originally just to supply his bar in Guatemala. On the back of each bottle of Ilegal you will find it says "Originally produced for: Café No Sé, Mezcal Bar."
This is an exceptional mezcal. Aged for four months in medium-charred American Oak. Caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, butterscotch, and hints of vanilla on the palate.
Windspiel - Theheart of this creation is the spirit of discovery. It drove Fridericus Rex to bring the potato to Germany and inspired us to produce a gin from it. The folks over at Illegal Mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico had been experimenting with aging mezcal in oak, which of course piqued the interest of Mr. Black. After resting the coffee liqueur in ex-mezcal casks they added in a touch of Ilegal Joven Mezcal.
The final blend brings notes of nutmeg, spice and roasted agave, alongside Mr Black’s signature Arabica coffee flavour. The mezcal adds deep complexity to the liqueur, making this one a winner for contemplative sipping.
It is a blending of Calvados aged a minimum of 15 years. In fact, it contains percentages of older Calvados that gives it all its nobleness.

Unit price perThis apricot liqueur uses the delicious "Bergeron" apricot. Harvested in August in the Rhone valley, Briottet leaves the apricots to macerate for more than two months in a mixture of water and very fine neutral alcohol to produce this exceptional fruit liqueur.
The first Rum from LWF Distillery. This clean white rum is created by fermenting Molasses from Bundaberg, Queensland Australia with a specialty yeast, in beautiful clean New Zealand rainwater. The completed ferment is then transferred to the pot still for its first distillation.
This 'wash run' is then combined with one other wash run to go through the rectifying column – the spirit run. The spirit run is where all the purification happens - the spirit comes off at between 94-98 abv. Its clean and ready to settle for a couple of weeks before being reduced to 40%, with 5 times filtered New Zealand rainwater for bottling.
This is a fresh rum, with clean flavour and just enough distinct back flavour to be enjoyed in any of your classic cocktails.
