IMAGINATION - Distilled in an  8 plate fractionating column still.  Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leave a sweet lingering spice finish.

Imagination distillery is nestled in the bush, down a gravel drive, off a single lane road, in the Reikorangi Valley, Kapiti Coast, Aotearoa New Zealand. Bay of Islands rum, handcrafted with 100% natural spices. Carefully selected spices gives this spiced rum a smooth, natural taste with prominent notes of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Created for sipping straight but is equally as good in cocktails and mixers.

Small batch natural Rum.  Made in a traditional 100% copper pot still.  Tasting notes of Vanilla, Caramel, Butterscotch, and charred oak.  Best served with ginger ale, ice, and fresh lime.

1800 tequilas are made by Casa Cuervo from 100% blue agave. The name comes from the "historic event" of aging tequila in oak for the very first time. The line was first launched in 1975 as a premium sipping tequila. 1800 Reserva Reposado tequila is the first of the sipping tequilas launched by Cuervo and called the "original premium tequila." The tequila is aged for at least 6 months in French oak.

Basilic is a basil-flavoured liqueur from Briottet which is made by macerating basil flowers and leaves in an alcohol-water solution. This is a very pure expression of basil which makes a great addition to summery cocktails.

The sweet and sharp taste of raspberries is remarkably infused by Briottet's maceration process. This cr?me de framboise is best served pure as a digestif or mixed with white and sparkling wines, as an aperitif or cocktail, or can be used to pour over desserts. 

Traditionally made using the dried peel of the small Curacao orange, named after the island of Curacao in the Caribbean, Curacao liqueurs can be clear, blue or orange. The colours are purely decorative, but the bitter orange flavours are very similar. The Curacao fruits are sliced and macerated in fine neutral spirit to extract the flavours. Once the blend has been enhanced with sugar and brandy, it is then left to marry for several weeks to develop its full flavour. Thanks to a longer aging, in small barrels, ST REMY Authentic French Brandy VSOP acquires a magnificent amber color with golden highlights.

Bouquet: The blend of the fruitiness and the acid drop of the eau-de-vie reveal notes of cherries and raspberries with touches of vanilla and oak. 

Taste: A very complex brandy thanks to the richness of the distillates from the French vineyards. First strong and dry, then rounded with a fine complexity. Red fruits aromas, vanilla and woody notes. Suave and well balanced.
