Traditionally made using the dried peel of the small Curacao orange, named after the island of Curacao in the Caribbean, Curacao liqueurs can be clear, blue or orange. The colours are purely decorative, but the bitter orange flavours are very similar. The cura?ao fruits are sliced and macerated in fine neutral spirit to extract the flavours. The latest release from New Zealand's biggest distillery! 

Scapegrace's new "Blood Moon" gin is one of the most exciting releases in the New Zealand spirit world for quite some time. This incredible gin's profile is truly unique, combining both dried and fresh botanicals to create a jaw dropping and refreshing Blood Orange gin.

Sourced in Tauranga, the Blood Oranges provide a lovely floral, sweet, and slightly tart finish. Raspberries gathered from the Tasman region provide a natural jam-like sweetness. To round it all off, subtle Kaffir Limes from Gisborne provides a very welcome fragrance, and a sharp lingering finish.

Created in honor of Reefton Legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, Gin-toting, 4-foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.  

Like its namesake, Little Biddy Botanical Dry Gin, is robust and hardworking with a striking aromatic bite.  Native Toatoa endures the harshest winter conditions without losing its fresh, vibrant tannic character.  Blended with elusive Tarata, Horopito, Rimu, and majestic Douglas fir, this is a versatile and easy drinking gin with a complex palette of spiced citrus and warm resin.

Courvoisier is the youngest of the cognac houses product range. The VS Cognac of Courvoisier comes in a unique 70 cl bottle, at 40% ABV. Courvoisier three star can be used for cocktails, or with ice. This one is a fruity cognac, some ripe fruit and flowery aromas. Ideas of oak, dominated by an intense finish.

A marvelous a?ejo made from a blend of light and heavy molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Hendrick's is an unusual gin created from eleven fine botanicals. The curious, yet marvellous, infusions of rose & cucumber imbue this spirit with its uniquely balanced flavour resulting in an unimpeachably smooth and distinct gin.

Hendrick's Gin's unique flavour comes from roses and cucumbers combined with a divine blend of eleven other botanicals, and the use of two distinctly different stills. The result is an exquisitely balanced gin that creates a fabulous gin & tonic.

This unique liqueur is made at the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, combining sugar cane alcohol which is married with lime, almond and cloves. It is the star ingredient in a number of cocktails, most famously in the 'Tiki' style, like the famous Zombie from Donn Beach in the early 1930's.

This single vintage expression from Foursquare was distilled in 2011 and matured for twelve years in a parcel of ex Bourbon casks. There are notes of fragrant citrus oil, molasses treacle, freshly grated ginger and cracked pepper. The white oak shows its influence with notes of creamy vanilla  and coconut.
