Made in small batches using only the heart of the Tequila distillate. Arette does not allow the heads and tails to re-enter the distillation process creating a smooth, cool, pleasant and sophisticated style. You can taste the difference.

Pale amber brown in color. Citrus scented with hints of dried grass and exotic fruits. Aromas of almonds, walnuts and vanilla lead to a distinctive finish with hints of black pepper. A very smooth, elegant and com­ plex Anejo.

Aged for a minimum of 20 months.

Briottet's Peppermint Liqueur is produced by distilling mint leaves, mainly peppermint leaves, and then by adding some fine sugar. This is a pure, well-balanced and very refreshing liqueur.

A silver tequila from Arette, this was launched in 2007 and is made at the El Llano distillery, which has been owned by the Orendain family since the early 20th century. This is bottled on site in Jalisco.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Creamy aromas. Hints of lemongrass, fresh herbs, baked agave notes.

Palate: Roasted, slightly vegetal palate. Lemon and lime, hints of blossom and vanilla.

Finish: Slightly short finish with a little spice.

A traditional sweet-chocolate liqueur with cacao beans and vanilla. Hardly ever drunk neat or on the rocks, Crème de Cacao White was developed mainly for the on-trade where a colourless chocolate flavour was needed in those recipes where dark Crème de Cacao would spoilt the colour of the drink. Clear colour. No colouring materials used.

About this mezcal

Alipus San Juan del Rio is made with agave Espadin. Alipus started working with Joel Antonio Cruz for this release, however the family turned over distillation to Joel’s younger cousin Rodolfo Juan Juarez a few years ago. This mezcal is distinguished by the conditions of the plants location in reddish and white soils, and long fermentation periods, which will mark the mineral and chalky tones.

Alipús was born in 1999, as a project of the Destilería Los Danzantes, with Don Joel Antonio and sons as the first producers, in San Juan del Río. Subsequently, Don Eduardo Hernández, of Santa Ana del Río, making Alipús Santa Ana mezcal; Don Cosme Hernandez and his son Cirilo in San Baltazar Guelavila, who make the Alipús San Baltazar mezcal; Don Valente Angel and sons, of Santa María La Pila, with the Alipús San Andrés mezcal. In 2013, Alipús San Luis was incorporated, made by Don Baltazar Cruz and sons, of San Luis del Río, and Alipús San Miguel, made by Don Felix García, Leonardo Rojas, and Tío Jesús in the Potrero Sola de Vega.
