Blueberry Spice Gin is the latest chapter in our Tales of a Forager series — a journey of adventure, rarity, and imagination.

The best of breakfast in your drink. Using Raglan Roast beans, we have made this smooth, round gin with notes of chocolate, tobacco and coffee.

On the nosing you are blinded by a flash-bang of orange, cardamon and a hint of cordite. When tasting, the gin bursts through your trap peppering you with sustained, accurate heat that gives way to a body of cardamom and cinnamon. The finish has a zesty orange citrus.

Skillfully crafted with a base of five-times distilled premium rum imported from the Caribbean. Immediately bathes the palate with creamy vanilla and cinnamon, flavors that persist throughout the long, delectable finish

Tito's Hand Made Vodka is made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito?s is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but we think it?s well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.

New Zealand’s signature coffee order, the flat white, becomes a decadent liqueur using organic cold brew coffee and fresh New Zealand cream.

Nose:
Opening the doors of your favourite coffee shop – freshly ground roasted coffee and busy excitement.

Colour:
A creamy double shot flat white, burnt crème brulee.

Palate:
Velveteen and silky texture, rich, decadent and moreish with hints of sophisticated bitterness, the signature subtle spice of Quick Brown Fox on the finish.

One of our staff reckons this is his secret weapon of seduction. Bearing that in mind I was reluctant to try it for fear of falling into his web, but when I did I found it goes wonderfully with a martini and even drizzled on top of plain vanilla ice cream.; A great gift for any would-be lothario or temptress.

An organic coffee liqueur with a clever hint of cinnamon in its tail. Quick Brown Fox is the perfect evening companion and indeed a wonderful gift. Crafted to be enjoyed neat or over ice, it may also be enjoyed with milk, over ice cream or in a cocktail. Flavour will vary with season and roast because Quick Brown Fox uses real coffee, The Strictly Coffee Company's FTO blend. This blend is specially roasted to bring out the unique flavour profile of Quick Brown Fox, a dash of organic cinnamon completes the introduction.

An excellent blend of rums aged for up to 8 years in white oak casks that previously held scotch whisky and bourbon. Dried fruit and spice on the nose leads to a plate of further dried fruits and vanilla.

Thanks to a longer aging, in small barrels, ST REMY Authentic French Brandy VSOP acquires a magnificent amber color with golden highlights.

Bouquet: The blend of the fruitiness and the acid drop of the eau-de-vie reveal notes of cherries and raspberries with touches of vanilla and oak. 

Taste: A very complex brandy thanks to the richness of the distillates from the French vineyards. First strong and dry, then rounded with a fine complexity. Red fruits aromas, vanilla and woody notes. Suave and well balanced.

Planas is an extraordinary blend of pot still, column and batch kettle rums. Aged for up to 6 years, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense for a white rum. The complex charcoal filtration process carried out prior to bottling gives this rum its crystal clear appearance and smooth finish.

Plana is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks. It can also be an excellent main ingredient for delicate cocktails like Hemingway Daiquiri

Whistlebird Gin has been developed by two blokes with a garage, lab grade equipment, artificial intelligence and napkin math. 

With their own unique and efficient method of distillation, the breaking down of botanical matter has become many times more efficient and less wasteful than traditional methods.

The botanical mass bathes in a bath of sound (the bird bath) engulfed by low frequency wave lengths which sound like a high pitched whistle. 

Maceration occurs when these sound waves uniformly break down our formula through vibration which ultimately saturates our blend with a Scream and a Whistle!

Along with the trademark distillation process this allows for a very fast, controlled, and efficient maceration and distillation.
