Created in honor of Reefton Legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, Gin-toting, 4-foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.  

Like its namesake, Little Biddy Botanical Dry Gin, is robust and hardworking with a striking aromatic bite.  Native Toatoa endures the harshest winter conditions without losing its fresh, vibrant tannic character.  Blended with elusive Tarata, Horopito, Rimu, and majestic Douglas fir, this is a versatile and easy drinking gin with a complex palette of spiced citrus and warm resin.

Tasting Note: This limited-edition release represents a culmination of a decade of experience, successfully combining traditional distilling methods with our love of farming. The 10-year edition of our distiller’s garden gin uses 8 botanical we have cultivated in our Martinborough gardens to create a fresh and elegant dry gin.

In an old fishing village near Barcelona lies a 18th century chapel that houses a custom-made still in which Gin Mare was first created, inspired not only by local botanicals and flavours, but by the rhythms and culture of its location. A marvelous a?ejo made from a blend of light and heavy molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. This single vintage expression from Foursquare was distilled in 2011 and matured for twelve years in a parcel of ex Bourbon casks. There are notes of fragrant citrus oil, molasses treacle, freshly grated ginger and cracked pepper. The white oak shows its influence with notes of creamy vanilla  and coconut.
