Reminiscent of slow and salty days, this is an easy drinking Gin made for sharing. Native Australian Wattleseed& Pink Peppercorn are brightened with zesty Wax flower, Hibiscus, Citrus peel & a hint of Oyster shell.

All the way from Japan's Hokkaido island comes Etsu Gin! Etsu Ocean, is a limited edition distilled with water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean. It results in a delicate iodine taste which comes to highlight yuzu notes and fresh citrus fruit. This fantastically floral expression features a selection of botanical from Japan, including tea leaves and yuzu. Rather excellent in a G&T, but can also be simply sipped over ice with a sprig of mint if you're a particularly big fan of floral gins.

The latest release from The Shed Distillery: an Irish gin with an exotic twist! This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus--one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia. The mix of botanicals and gunpowder tea gives this gin a uniquely fragrant, almost exotic aroma. Flavours are a delightful meld of orange and grapefruit, which leads to a mysterious finish. Bulleit Rye is an award-winning, straight rye whiskey with a character of unparalleled spice and complexity. Russet in color, with rich oaky aromas. The taste is exceptionally smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spice. Finish is crisp and clean, with long, lingering flavors.

The Santisima range is a blend of distilled cane sugar (or agricole) and rum distilled and aged from molasses. The rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then hand selected and blended across different ages to create the different styles. The fifteen year old is big and round with flavours and aromas of nuts, stewed fruits and molasses.

About this mezcal
Le Tribute Durango is made with maguey Cenizo in the state of Durango, MX. Maestro Mezcalero Uriel Simental follows the traditional method of production, using an underground pit oven, milling the agave by hand, natural open-air fermentation, and a wooden still.

Le Tribute Mezcal is owned by MG Destilerias, which is located in the south of Barcelona, Spain, however the product is produced and bottled in Durango, Mexico. The company is more commonly known for their Le Tribute gin as well as its alcohol-free creations Le Tribute tonic, ginger ale and ginger beer. For the production of this mezcal, the distillery has committed itself to replant two agaves for each one that has been harvested.

Tasting Note: Very smooth and rounded. Fruity on the front of the tongue and warm on the very back of the palate. Warm but not hot, smoky but not aggressive. Really enjoyable

Wakame arrived in New Zealand coastal waters on the hills of ships and thrived on our pristine rocky coastline. We of course now know it as a delicious culinary ingredient with many positive health benefits. Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.

The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. When tasted you get the refreshingness of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper in the background. A noticeable sweetness appears giving way to a sweet salt finish. A classic dry gin with a contemporary twist, transporting you to New Zealand's fresh and invigorating coastal waters.
