The Ratu Dark Rum carries a savoury, smoky oak aroma. Rich sweetness lingers on the tongue with dashes of caramel, vanilla and tea leaves. Aged for five years in charred oak barrels.

Originally released for the Travel Retail market, this edition of Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey is bottled at 100 proof, adhering to the rules sets as part of the Bottled in Bond Act, which was passed all the way back in 1897. The bumped-up ABV helps bring forward the bright fruit and oak spice notes. Aromas of cooked fruit dusted with cinnamon, toasted brown sugar and almond. Green apple and fried banana on the palate, paired with maple syrup and punchy black pepper. Oak and toffee stick around on the finish.

El Jimador - el Jimador Reposado begins with 100% hand-harvested blue Weber agave, naturally fermented and double distilled. Then it enjoys a two-month siesta in our own handmade American oak barrels until the perfect moment. The results are worth the wait: an exquisite golden tone, warm seasoned flavors and a smooth, confident agave flavor that really shines through.

Colour: Rich and brilliant - see-through amber, but with a flame orangeglint that tells of the warmth to come.

Bouquet: Full, yet delicate; well-rounded; possessing a distinctive caramelaroma of the charred oak with a hint of vanilla; pleasant and inviting.

One of our most limited production items, Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye continues the legacy of America's first whiskey variety (rye) from America's first whiskey company (Michter's, originally known as Shenk's). After a nearly three year absence from the market, Master Distiller Willie Pratt finally gave the green light for the re-release of Michter's 10 Year Straight Rye in April 2014.

Deep notes of vanilla and toffee, toasted almonds and cinnamon with an ample dose of crushed pepper and a hint of orange citrus.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular Blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavour are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.

For years, the only way to sample this was to visit our distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Until now.

About this mezcal

The Marca Negra Tobala is a burly Mezcal. Certain batches are greater than 50% ABV and there are few mezcals in the US (especially agave Tobala) with this level of alcohol content. Though the strength of the spirit is unavoidable, the ABV does not overpower this mezcal. There are hints of tropical fruit flavor. As a Tobala, the bar is high and Mezcal Marca Negra has made this a very complex spirit by making it with such a high ABV.

Mezcal Marca Negra is made for all who wish to explore and embrace the ancient traditions of true mezcal. The handprint on the bottle represents the tireless work of the master distillers and the ancient knowledge that marks each and every batch. Marca Negra seeks the purest and most diverse expressions of this fantastic spirit, wherever they made be found. Due to limited batch production, the product line changes constantly. New mezcal varieties are created while others cease to exist. Mezcal Marca Negra is 48% ABV or higher because the mezcal is bottled at the alcohol level preferred by the maestro mezcaleros. Named for the iconic protective wall that stretches behind their Butchertown distillery, Floodwall is a superb blend of superior, copper pot-distilled apple brandy aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and 250-liter Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. Made from American apple brandy with a minimum age of four years, a full-bodied spirit at 100 proof alcohol strength. Floodwall is non-chill filtered with no post-distillation addition of apple flavor or essences, no Bois? (oak flavor or infusion), sugar or caramel color for an authentic, uncorrupted natural flavor and natural color.

Aromas of honeyed apple bouquet (unusually fresh) with lovely complexity. Quite floral, honeysuckle and butterscotch mingling with hints of whiskey, oak, and vanilla. Flavors are quite crisp, frisky and slightly mid-palate. ?Scotchy? and a little nutty rancio with sherry butterscotch and red-apple skin. Finish is oily with lots of legs. Hangs in on the tongue for ages with a racy back end finish.
