Casamigos Mezcal is made using the traditional method. Once harvested, the piñas are split and laid to cook for 4–6 days in six-ton earthen pits lined with volcanic rock.

Depending on the season, Casamigos Mezcal ferments for 2–8 days before being distilled in covered copper pot stills. Casamigos is twice-distilled. 

 Notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.

Del Maguey brings you a collection of Single Village Mezcal made in the lush, remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.  Each Mezcal is named for the village where it is made.

Chichicapa has a medium nose and a complex taste with lots of citrus and a long, smooth finish with overtones of mint.  The pueblo is in a broad open valley with a desert and tropical microclimate.

Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadin and are produced the original, 500-year old Artisanal, hand-crafted way.  Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve quality.  There are no chemicals, colorings or additives ever used in any Del Maguey, Single Village Mezcal.

Specially chosen barrels are aged a little longer than regular Jim Beam to make this full bodied, smooth and complex bourbon with its caramel and toffee notes.

Lemon and lime zest with gorse flower. Fragrant tropical fruits develop alongside orchard blossom and mature oak. Sweet peach and dried banana yield to white chocolate. Malted biscuit is followed by white pepper and orange oil. Medium-bodied finish with lingering citrus and honey.

A new exciting release from Kilchoman distillery, this expression see's the much loved 'Sanaig' turned up to ten. Utilizing the same cask recipe as the standard bottling, this expression is bottled without dilution and at the combined natural strength of the casks, a whopping 57.8%. Toffee sweetness and rich dark fruit aromas leap out of the glass, with background notes of red berries and smoked oak. The palate consists of rich intense sweet notes of spiced chocolate, raisins, liquorice and rich sweet peat smoke which lingers on throughout the finish alongside sweet spiced fruit.
