A 100% agave reposado tequila aged for 4-6 months in 190 litre casks previously used to age whiskey at the Early Times Distillery in Kentucky and the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Tennessee.

Nose: Sea salty, herbal floral nose with hints of vanilla.

Palate: Salty, spicy.

Finish: Vanilla emerges alongside pleasant vegetable notes and gives way to a finish dominated by cracked black pepper.

As you take a sip of our inherently Indian gin, you're greeted by a beautiful freshness from our Indian citrus peels that include Gonghraj from the East, Oranges from Nagpur, Indian Sweet Limes & Nimbu from Goa. Black pepper, coriander and mace follow to give our gin a strong spiced middle. Liquorice, cassia and nutmeg make the finishing flourish warm and sweet.

The recipe for Stranger & Sons, was passed down by a mythical two-tailed creature who appeared to us in a dream. This mythical creature made famous for her gin, was last spotted roaming the Western Ghats of India.

Plantation Rum Pineapple Smoky formula is an original rum with exotic and smoky flavours. This unique rum is the result of a collaboration between Plantation Rum and the Irish distillery Teeling. Hand-peeled Victoria pineapple peel is first infused for a week with Plantation 3 Stars white rum.

A reassuringly rich Demerara blend from the 1930's containing 7 dark rums, each patiently aged in Guyana for at least 3 years. Skipper Rum is distilled from sugar cane and molasses and patiently oak-aged in warehouses on the banks of the Demerara in Guyana before being exported. Ink Gin is a premium dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including a mix of traditional and Australian natives. Like all true gins, juniper berries are the largest botanical component, however the defining character of Ink Gin comes from the second tier botanicals led by locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. 

These major ingredients give Ink Gin its fresh piney, spicy and citrusy aroma and flavour. The third group of minor botanicals include elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root, oris root, licorice root and lemon peel. Like a pinch of salt, these minor ingredients are critical to the end result adding perfume, body and balance. 

The final ingredient is added in a post-distillation infusion. The specially prepared petals of the butterfly pea flower are steeped in the still for twenty-four hours to give Ink Gin its distinctive colour.
