Created by Jim McEwan from whisky matured in a multitude of different American oak casks, and chosen to represent the classic, unpeated distillery style. Bruichladdich's new signature bottling is made with 100% Scottish barley.
Nose: Elegantly sweet with honeyed barley, boiled sweets and orange petals. Wafts of sea air and a splash of sulphur.
Palate: Red apples and white grapes, with touches of sweet cinnamon and brown sugar. Still softly coastal.
Finish: Mineral-rich malt, with toffee and more honey.
Distillery notes.
Thanks to the forestry commission, sawmill and cooperage in France, we use the finest virgin French oak casks to enhance our whisky.
Layers of complexity and flavour emerge from a maturation journey that begins in American White Oak ex bourbon casks before a portion of the whisky is split between six different virgin oak casks sourced from across various regions of France (Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles & Les Bertranges).
The result is a fruity and spicy whisky with flavours of crème caramel, baked peach and sweet liquorice.

Unit price perPokeno Discovery celebrates our unique place in the world. First we carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Casks. We then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together. It is a rich and complex whisky, with beautiful notes of dark chocolate, black forest gateau, ripe cherries and sweet citrus, giving way to a rich, smooth and incredibly long finish

Master of Malt - Monkey Shoulder Scotch is a superb blended malt whisky from William Grant, made with single malts from three famous Speyside distilleries. The result is a smooth, creamy, supple and very malty Scotch which works superbly well neat, over ice, or in whisky cocktails (where it really excels).

Unit price perThis whisky boasts a profile that seems older than its 15 years of maturation. Big sherry in style it offers oodles of sandalwood, Xmas cake and rancio notes. There's bags of complexity in this malt meaning you can really get stuck into it in an intellectual way too.
Launched in 1968 as the first distillery expression of cask strength whisky, Glenfarclas' 105 has always been made by balancing a selection of ex-sherry casks, whose combined natural strength is exactly 60% ABV - 105 British proof. This new limited edition 105 has been made from casks that have matured for 16 years, with the classic Glenfarclas flavours of butterscotch, lashings of Christmas spices and rich, long-lasting dried fruit and woody tones.

Discovering Islay
Nestled on the rugged coast of Scotland, Islay is surrounded by salty seas and big coastal winds. Lagavulin's distinctive Islay malt is influenced by the surrounding climate, reaffirming that the very best whiskies reflect the place they're made.
Aged in Melbourne
Like the climate of Scotland, the Melbourne climate influences the maturation of our whiskies. Melbourne’s notorious four seasons in a day makes our barrels contract and expand, allowing our whisky to dynamically extract all the delicious flavor of the Lagavulin barrels.
