A'Bunadh is arguably the benchmark for heavily sherried cask-strength Speyside, with a nose that shows spice, praline and orange and a palate that combines dark chocolate, ginger, vanilla, cherries and dried fruit leading to a finish with notes of exotic spice and a better future for mankind.

Suntory Chita 700ml

The Chita is the only grain whisky produced and bottled as such by Suntory. It is a blend of single grains (mainly corn), relatively young, but with strong tasting characteristics that have been aged in different types of casks, and distilled at the Chita distillery located a few kilometers from Nagoya city.

Its rich and complex aromatic profile strongly marked by fruity, woody and spicy notes, is close to that of the American whiskies, known as the famous Bourbons whiskies. 

Bottled at 43% of the volume in a bottle with the typical Suntory shape, The Chita is a tribute to the know-how of the grain distillery whose name in traditional Japanese calligraphy is now, like the other distilleries of the group, proudly displayed on the label.

One of the biggest selling whiskies in the world - 13.6 bottles were sold per minute in 2013. It's taste profile is based on 50 single malts – mostly from Miltonduff and Glenburgie – and four grain whiskies, The blend delivers sweet vanilla and cocoa notes in its youth and among its no-age-statement expressions, building layers of honey, toffee and spice as the age develops.

The whisky that kicks off the Glenlivet range, one of the oldest and most reputable distilleries in Speyside. Named in honour of the distillery's founder, George Smith. It's classic Glenlivet, with a creamy and fruity character bolstered by the use of first-fill American oak to mature some of the whisky.

Nose - A thick coating of peat isn't enough to cover a soft, oaky background. Iodine appears alongside a pear-fruity sweetness. Delicate for a whisky so big.

Palate - Continuous gentle waves of dry peat lap upon the taste buds but are balanced by a sweet malt middle and the most hesitant of vanillas. 

Finish - Long and peaty, the shy vanilla now begins to show as the oak adds a certain dryness. Comment A gentle giant.

A blend of malt and grain whiskey produced in small batches. Created by master whiskey maker Frank McHardy at the most exposed and southerly located distillery on the Atlantic, where conditions are perfect for the maturation of Irish Whiskey. The Pogues Irish Whiskey is a unique blend of 50% 10-year single malt Irish whiskey aged in sherry oak casks and seven year old single malt Irish whiskey aged in bourbon oak casks and 50% four year Irish grain whiskey aged in bourbon oak casks.

On the nose, you’ll experience malt, roasted almonds, spice, and dark chocolate. And on the palette discover citrus, spice, cracked pepper, dark fruit, and a hint of sweetness. All with a delicately balanced finish, rounded and long-lasting. A San Francisco gold award winner three years running.

A new single cask expression from GlenAllachie distillery, this expression has been selected from a single 15 year old virgin oak barrel. Fifteen years in virgin oak has resulted in a rather cask forward profile, with aromas of toasted hazelnuts and milk chocolate opening up on the nose, followed by grilled honeycomb, vanilla sponge cake and hints of fresh pineapple and crisp green apple. The palate is initially rich and sweet, with notes of butterscotch, salted caramel and drizzles of heather honey, followed by vanilla and treacle. Dry sweet spiced notes of baked cinnamon and ginger, with hints of mocha round out the finish.

Created by Jim McEwan from whisky matured in a multitude of different American oak casks, and chosen to represent the classic, unpeated distillery style. Bruichladdich's new signature bottling is made with 100% Scottish barley.

Nose: Elegantly sweet with honeyed barley, boiled sweets and orange petals. Wafts of sea air and a splash of sulphur.

Palate: Red apples and white grapes, with touches of sweet cinnamon and brown sugar. Still softly coastal.

Finish: Mineral-rich malt, with toffee and more honey.

A single malt whisky distilled in the rich, natural environment of Tottori and rested in Mizunara casks.  Combined with the malt aroma and rich flavour of unblended whisky, a faintly sweet, aged aroma tickles the nose with a smooth yet rich, lingering aftertaste.  This masterpiece, carefully crafted with heart and passion, is brought to proof with high-quality natural spring water from Mt. Daisen.  In order to maintain the integrity of the whisky, no artificial coloring is added.

Ireland's oldest whisky, Bushmills Original Irish is a blend of triple distilled malt whiskey and a lighter grain whiskey. You'll notice it's rich, smooth warming taste almost instantly. It's an easy drinking, versatile whiskey that can be enjoyed neat, over ice or with your favourite mixer.

A New Zealand exclusive produced in collaboration with Signatory Vintage. Distilled at the Ardmore distillery situated half-way between between Inverurie and Huntly in rural North East Scotland. Distilled in July 2010 and aged for 14 years in total, its final phase of maturation took place in a first-fill Oloroso hogshead.

The aroma initially evokes old dunnage warehouses, before a flood of raspberry ripple ice cream, rocky road and chocolate dipped raspberries. Ardmore's signature smoke is there, a subtle undertone of fragrant beech wood coming from an old wood smoker. On the palate, this is rich and dense with tart summer fruits, charred peaches and hard creamy toffee (Scottish, of course). There is a heart of burnt orange zest and cinnamon spice that lands soft and dry in the finish.

Diluted by time to 58.4% cask strength, this whisky will show its natural oils with water added to your glass, throwing a cloudy haze.

A reinvigorated release from Tullibardine, upping the quality of presentation as well as their whisky. This bourbon barrel matured dram is packed with vanilla and spice.

Spicy vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel. This is the result of eighteen long years and a generous proportion of first-fill sherry casks.

43% ABV

Nose: Imagine yourself in an Italian garden surrounded with mandarin, lemon, apple, pear and peach trees, their fruit ripening in the sun. Add to this the scent of vanilla ice cream, then enjoy the herbal aromas of geranium and wild mint growing nearby

Palate:  Savour the fruits of the Italian garden as creamy vanilla slips like liquid silk over the tongue as peaches and cream, mandarins and lemons effervesce in the mouth.Aromatic essences of fennel and nutmeg tantalise with crumbly almond and coconut that gives way to a nectar that envelops all the fruit, spice and nut flavours in a honeyed caress 

Finish:  The charming sweetness of delicious juices is left on the tongue.

The Tobermory Distillery is found on the Isle of Mull on the way to Skye from Islay and the whiskies made here reflect this island location with coastal, maritime, saline hints. The distillery produces two different, but equally alluring, single malts: the fruity, non-peated Tobermory and the more robust and smoky Ledaig. This expression slumbered peacefully in American oak casks for a dozen years before being bottled at 46.3% ABV.
