Specially chosen barrels are aged a little longer than regular Jim Beam to make this full bodied, smooth and complex bourbon with its caramel and toffee notes.

The Single Barrel is much darker than the other JD whiskeys.; Six to sevenyears in the barrel leaves it a deep copper-red colour. In the mouthit is much more intense, and far fuller in flavour. The grain, caramel,vanilla and charcoal flavours are wonderfully balanced.source: alcoholreviews.com

Kerry Gray from Choice Bros. suggested a connection beer and handed us a vial of The Dirty Dozen from East Coast Yeast. 

We made a strong version of our Grisette then poured it into a freshly emptied Gewürztraminer , batch 3 a pinot gris barrel, then threw in the brett.. Barrel aged 10 months, Autobarn is more funk than sour, with winey vanilla overtones from the wood. Organic beer.

Delirium Noel  is top fermented and bottle conditioned, the brew boasts potent aromas of dark fruit, apricot, caramel malt, sweet cherry, cinnamon and clove with notes of vanilla, apple, banana and yeast.

Taste is similar to aroma and also includes toffee, plum, and red wine with notes of pepper and bitter hops.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied and creamy smooth thanks to generous and lively carbonation; the 10.0% ABV is well hidden, and the finish is lingering, spicy, and dry.

The 18-year-old is limited to 1,500 bottles in the first release, and presents a nose of toffee, marshmallow and spices. It is comparatively sweet, with stewed fruit. On the palate it offers something of a contrast to olfactory expectations, being nutty, dry and initially quite hot, with a touch of pepper. Juicy and refreshingly succulent pale ruby Pinot Noir, which has body and structure, building on winemaker Jannine Rickards' previous Waikura Rosé and is a lighter bodied red wine with structure and flavour interest but freshness that suits being served as a lightly chilled wine. 

Made from old vine 10/5 Pinot Noir (25% whole bunch with gentle pump overs) and new plantings of Abel clone Pinot Noir, all grown on the Stad_Ko Vineyard; the new name for the old Arapai Vineyard in Martinborough.

Rich, dark and complex, at 5.4% ABV the beer has an outstanding depth of flavour. Itis brewed from a blend of Brown, Crystal and Chocolate malts for acreamy delivery balanced by traditional Fuggles hops. Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos is a white rum, smooth and light, aged naturally for 3 years to reveal an intense aroma.

Its complex flavour has established it as the ideal rum for cocktails in Cuba such as the Mojito and the Daiquiri.

Made by the legendary Peter Sisseck of PIngus fame, this is an approachable, yet big and mouth filling wine, with juicy fruit forward flavours and ripe tannins. Predominantly Tempranillo.

Smooth and clear Russian style vodka. 

Brewed using a generous blend of finest pale, crystal and roasted barley malts, along with the majestic Fuggle hop, to create a wonderful, full-bodied flavour with subtle banana, cherry and rich fruit overtones.
