It seemed apt to name our Pilsner after the home of Pilsner beer; the Czech Republic.

However, this is a very kiwi take on the Czech classic, due to unconventional dry-hopping. The Saaz and Wakatu dominated hop blend creates a floral Pilsner with a crisp, refreshing palate.

Tannat originates from the Madiran region of south-west France – the variety the so-called “French Paradox” is based on. Tannat is known for its huge colour and tannin concentration – in the Madiran region, this grape has the nickname of ‘la folle noir’ – literally ‘the crazy black grape’. It has a unique aroma and flavour profile – vibrant fruit alongside ‘earthy’ notes.

The colour of the wine is a rich and vibrant hue of real intensity. The nose has a totally unique fruit profile of blackberry/blueberry notes and an underlying earthiness with hints of fountain-pen ink and a seam of French oak. At present, the wine displays a youthful vibrancy – our experience is that with bottle age, the primary fruit gives way to earthiness and increased complexity.

There is a burst of black cherry fruit with a fresh lively mid-palate. The winemaking was directed towards softening the tannins to create mid-palate ‘flesh’ – tannins support rather than dominate the palate here. Acid has been managed to enhance the wines vibrancy and fruit.

This huge wine will work well with a wide range of red meat dishes. We expect it to last a very long time – 10+ years.

We took our juicy, signature Single Malt whisky and finished it for a further 18 months in the deliciously peated Scotch barrels from world renowned, Lagavulin Distillery.

Aged in Melbourne

Like the climate of Scotland, the Melbourne climate influences the maturation of our whiskies. Melbourne’s notorious four seasons in a day makes our barrels contract and expand, allowing our whisky to dynamically extract all the delicious flavor of the Lagavulin barrels.

The very mellow and rounded nose swirls with subtle aromas. The top notes are lightly fruity, suggest in gorange zest and green apple. They are encased after a while, in a hint of puff-pastry, all resting on a mossy and lightly woody base. Adding a splash of water adds to the fruit, now firm white grapes, and brings up the spiciness.

 A creamy texture smoothly rolls across the palate, the lively taste barley-sugar sweet and intense from the start with luscious fruity acidity mid-palate, and a developing oaky dryness. A little water makes the creamy texture and sweetness smoother still, as an appetizing spicy warmth builds.

 From the west coast of the USA to the east coast of New Zealand, we bring you the golden gate California common. A style originating during the gold rush era in California, this beer is made using lager yeast but fermented at ale temperatures.

Expect a subtle toasty malt character from the addition of caramel malts, paired with northern brewer hops that bring a moderate herbal bitterness. Finishing crisp and refreshing, yet with a pronounced malt backbone, it will have you thinking you’ve struck gold.

This wine is pale lemon in colour with fragrant aromas of fresh apples, meyer lemons and a hint of almonds. The palate displays citrus characters with subtle floral characters and creamy texture with a crisp and refreshing finish. Opawa Pinot Gris is a versatile food wine and matches well with a variety of dishes especially lightly spiced Asian influenced cuisine.

Structure and purity of blackberries, ripe currants and concentrated ripe fruit all intermingle in this beautiful Argentinian red wine. Full bodied and intense with the balance of fresh acidity and ripeness all add up to a great red wine with presence. Drink now or keep for another 9 to 10 years. This wine will last the distance. 

Rifters Gin is bottled by Arrowtown Distillery in Wakatipu Basin, a historic gold mining town. A "Rifter" is similar to a fossicker or forager from the early gold mining era.

Rifters Blue Gold Gin is a limited release gin bottled at 42% ABV. It is distilled with Szechuan Pepper, Kaffir Lime, and Lemon Grass.

Their bright sunny-yellow alcohol-free lager “Original” with minerals, vitamins and micronutrients is an isotonic, low-calorie alternative to our lager and also a thirst quencher for active people. The pleasant spicy hops note and the full light and sweet flavor, with a slight bitterness, makes it an ideal companion for snacks, hearty salads or simply a refreshment on hot days

What if… Brouwerij de Molen and the classic Bock come together? That produces a mind-blowing bock beer! This bock has a light bitter, a full malty sweet caramel taste and smell. This together ensures a robust body, warm mouthfeel and a good drinkable character.

Taste Kees' quadrupel! This beer has a deep red-brown color and a mildly sweet taste. The alcohol in the beer provides a warm buzz. For this beer we have chosen American hop varieties that provide fruity aromas. A wonderful beer to enjoy while sitting down.

East Coasts collide and crank it up for this new New England IPA retuned in Scotland. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a hazy appearance and super smooth delivery. Dry-hopped for a full-tilt fruit hit with pineapple, mango and a hint of zesty lime. Low on bitterness, high on haze, heavy on hops.
