An impressive whisky liqueur from Drambuie, with the name celebrating both the legend of its creation during the Jacobite uprising of the 1740s and the company's large collection of Jacobite glassware.

A blend of 21 year old whiskies that was matured for a further 24 years in a mix of sherry and bourbon oak, for a total of 45 years, before mixing with Drambuie's secret recipe of herbs and spices.

The liqueur has been filled into an etched lead crystal decanter and is presented in a double doored wooden cabinet with a replica Spottiswoode 'Amen' glass and a leather bound book telling the story of the Jacobite collection.

Ripe powerful aromas of blackberries combine with black olives and spice in this great expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from South Australia. The wine is deep crimson with aromas of lifted berries, spicy oak and a medium body.

A keeper for at least a decade and also drinks well now, decanted for two to three hours and served in large glasses to accentuate its ripe dark fruity flavour spectrum.

Langmeil is owned by the Lindner family, which has been making wine for six generations in the Barossa Valley.

Pure Eden is a bold expression of Shiraz from a single vineyard site in the Eden Valley, which was planted by Charles Angas in the 1890s. The vineyard was later owned by the Shiltons from 1911 to 1926; Meakins 1926 to 1929; Roeslers 1929 to 1961; Andretzkes 1961 to 2011 and, now, by the Lindner family. This wine is a reward of these guardians’ efforts for more than 100 years.

This wine is a beautifully ripe Shiraz with rich blackberry  and blueberry flavours and aromas of black olive, cedar, earth and white pepper. Velvety tannins add structure and texture to this wine. Ageing was for 24 months in French oak, 47% new and the balanced pre-used oak.

Finlaggan Cask Strength is a true whisky lover's choice. Bottled at a hefty 58% vol, this dram has spice running through its core.

Nose: Lovely pungent peat smoke. Smoky bacon with a touch of old leather.

Palate: Rich, sweet smoke. Iodine, lemon zest, with a beautiful mouth coating oiliness. Waves of tarry peat.

Finish: Peppery peat. Soot and ash. Long and warming.

Winemaker Jules Taylor is a champion of adventurous winemaking and grape varieties, such as Gruner Veltliner - and this is a fabulous dry white wine. The Gruner grape originally comes from Austria and is capable of a diverse style of wines, such as this refreshing aromatic and savoury wine. 

This peachy, flavoursome, rich and full bodied dry white is Millton Vineyard's top Viognier, made from grapes grown on the steep slopes of the special, small and beautifully formed Clos de Ste Anne vineyard in Gisborne.
