Another wonderful rye whiskey from the equally wonderful Willett Distillery! After it's distilled over in Kentucky, the liquid was aged in new charred white oak barrels for the entirety of its four years. Eventually, it was bottled at cask strength, a warming 57.2% ABV. An outstanding rye whiskey that proves great value for money.

Nose: Aromas of Bakewell tart and cherry jam, with toasty oak, cinnamon and salted caramel.

Palate: Wonderfully chewy with a big hit of rye spice, burnt vanilla custard and velvety, melted dark chocolate.

Finish: More tart cherry returns alongside a touch of banana, rounded off by a wave of oak spice.

The 18-year-old is limited to 1,500 bottles in the first release, and presents a nose of toffee, marshmallow and spices. It is comparatively sweet, with stewed fruit. On the palate it offers something of a contrast to olfactory expectations, being nutty, dry and initially quite hot, with a touch of pepper. Glenallachie Distillery pronounced "Glen-alec-y" is located in the heart of Speyside near Aberlour.  It was built in 1967 mainly to contribute to the MacKinlay blends.

NOSE
Fresh vanilla, toffee, butterscotch and spices.

TASTE
Raisins, marzipan, heather and honey, with rich notes of dark cherries, spices and subtle hints of dark chocolate.

Juicy and refreshingly succulent pale ruby Pinot Noir, which has body and structure, building on winemaker Jannine Rickards' previous Waikura Rosé and is a lighter bodied red wine with structure and flavour interest but freshness that suits being served as a lightly chilled wine. 

Made from old vine 10/5 Pinot Noir (25% whole bunch with gentle pump overs) and new plantings of Abel clone Pinot Noir, all grown on the Stad_Ko Vineyard; the new name for the old Arapai Vineyard in Martinborough.

Rich, dark and complex, at 5.4% ABV the beer has an outstanding depth of flavour. Itis brewed from a blend of Brown, Crystal and Chocolate malts for acreamy delivery balanced by traditional Fuggles hops. The range offlavours works well with a wide variety of foods, ranging from richmeat dishes, to oysters,and even chocolate puddings.

This wine comes from the Piana Rotaliano area in the recess of the Adige Valley, tucked between the Dolomites. This wine is neither a rosé or a red wine, but sits somewhere between the two. The Lezer manages to balance freshness, elegance and seriousness.

Hazy IPA with Makrut Lime and Lemongrass

A hazy riff on on our classic Venusian inspired pale ale, this Phoenix Foundation collab is packed with Amarillo, Citra and Centennial hops and infused with Lemongrass and Makrut Lime Leaf. Exotic tropical fruit flavours for a true celebration of Friend Ship.

This beer offers ripe melon, juicy citrus, pineapple and pepper flavors. Sky Kraken is is a naturally unfiltered beer.

Jean Foillard is one of Beaujolais? most renowned producers and he makes this wine from a single vineyard in the famous Cote du Puy sub-region. Foillard?s wines are extremely complex and deep for an area known for light, juicy reds. The Gamay grape makes this wine immediately approachable in its youth but Morgon Cote du Puy are also great cellaring wines. This C?te du Py come from 10-90yo vines, grown on schist, granite and manganese soils. Fermented 100% whole bunch, ferment in concrete, then 6-9 months in aged barrique.
