Kilkenny is brewed at Ireland's oldest established brewery, St Francis Abbey in Kilkenny city, which dates back to the 14th century. Kilkenny is a rich and creamy ale with a smooth, clean taste. It is brewed from 100% Irish malt, giving it a distinctive ruby-red colour.

It sounds Japanese but it's as American as having a BMI of 32. The Yakima Valley in Washington state, situated in the top left corner of the lower 48, is home to some of our favourite hop varieties, the tiny green flavour bombs that powered the whole craft beer renaissance from the get go. Liberty is what it smells like.

Site : On the Mont Battois hillside, facing Beaune, the name "Grèves" derives from the sandy and gravely soil. Separated from the Clos des Fèves by a narrow path this Chanson vineyard covers 2 hectares

The Vintage 2022 : After a winter characterized by marked variations in temperature between January and February, spring started with mild temperatures. A sequence of cold weather in April was followed by warm temperatures in May but the lack of water was very noticeable and could not be compensated by the rainy storms of June. Summer was marked by several and long heat waves and the storms of the end of August were most welcome. The harvest at Chanson started on August 30 with a team of 100 persons and ended on September 13. 2022 vintage was quite generous both in volume and quality and the red wines are generous and well-balanced with an outstanding crunchy fruit.

Tasting : Bright ruby colour. Fragrances of peony mixed with intense aromas of ripe red berries (strawberry, cherry) mixed with coffee and spicy notes. Delicate vanilla. Well-balanced and complex. Deep and refined texture. Elegant and well-integrated oak note, well-shaped tannins. Long and spicy finish. Scores : 93/100 Jasper Morris/Inside Burgundy - 16,5+/100 Jancis Robinson

Food pairing : It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce, and all cheeses, especially the local cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux.

TASTING NOTES

Warming, Malty and Fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters Abbot Ale provides a complex, satisfying and warming experience.

He fell in with the Communists, seeing the revolution through and founding the “together in harmony” movement, better known by the name Gung Ho! For this version of our beloved Gung Ho! we’ve used the finest and freshest ‘wet hops’ from our sunny valleys in Tasman - picked fresh off the bine and carted straight to the brew kettle in 24 hours.

Taieri George is named after the most important Emerson of all – Richard’s Dad. Not only was he a founding member of the Taieri Gorge Railway, he was also the brewery’s original Chief Beer Taster. He particularly enjoyed this drop, brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg and Otago clover honey. In his memory, we release this brew on his birthday. Here’s to you, George.

Cabbages & Kings Stout 12%

The Walrus did beseech. Cabbages & Kings, Imperial Oyster Stout, brewed with the more or less willing assistance of ten dozen fresh Te Matua Bay Pacific oysters, Horopito and Manuka smoked malt. Dark, certainly - and rich with just a suggestion of brine, a touch of smoke and a hint of native New Zealand pepper leaf.

Tuverbol is a blend of Loterbol Blond – a blond beer from the Diest-based brewery of the same name – and 3 Fonteinen's own lambic. Created for the first time in 2005, Tuverbol has been an annual recurring winter beer since 2017. Tuverbol has a unique taste profile thanks to the combination of the freshness of the lambic, the warmth of the alcohol and the full body of the blond beer.

For this Pruim, we used the old plum variety Belle De Louvain, hand-picked in Limburg, Belgium.

Maceration took almost four months and the lambics for both maceration and blending originate from six different barrels and thirteen different brews, of which the oldest brewed end of October 2018. The weighted average age of this fruit blend is almost 22 months.

The final proportion of fruit used is 385 grams of plums per litre of Pruim. Almost half of the cereals used originate from the Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambic.

Brut Nature is a copper-colored ' Brut Style ' beer. The term Brut originally comes from the Champagne world and is used to refer to dry champagnes. Brut Nature is a top fermentation beer, refermented in the bottle with a  wild yeast . This wild yeast makes Brut Nature ' lively ' and ensures a  pleasantly dry  beer with a low sugar content. Brut Nature is a beer that evolves in the bottle and can  be kept for up to 5 years . The use of dry hopping with Belgian hops emphasizes the fruity and spicy character of the 5 hop varieties . The result is a dry, mildly bitter beer with a pleasant aftertaste.

The different fermentation stages, top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle with wild yeast require a brewing process of at least 3 months.

Lindemans Gueuze Cuvée René is this blend of old and young lambic matured in large oak barrels. It is then bottled in a beautiful champagne bottle, where another form of fermentation takes place. After 6 months, gueuze takes on a golden color and becomes a slightly carbonated and acidic beer. But because it is then stored in a cellar for a few years, it becomes really unusual. Gueuze Cuvée René is one of the jewels of Lindema's brewery. With its golden color and its beautiful sherry aromas, this is the queen of gueuzes.
