What's up with this name? And a pink label! Man, this has to officially be the girliest looking beer ever. But don't be fooled, this baby is really a funky sour. It is brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and with fresh rosehip juice in the brew kettle. The beer matures on hibiscus flowers and French oak chips. The extra dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops makes it complete. The result is a very fine, refreshing beer with beautiful flavors from carefully selected ingredients. It's amazing the hard work it takes to create something so subtle!

This Sauvignon Blanc is all about precision and feel. Bright notes of green apple and fennel glide over a chalk-dusted, subtly creamy core.

A firm mineral seam underpins the wine, while layers of grapefruit zest and savoury tomato leaf build in complexity. It tapers to a dry, grainy finish with an almost tactile grip.

A razor-sharp Riesling that keeps its cards close to its chest. Flint and citrus peel edge around a core of dry, chiselled fruit, while subtle spice lingers in the background. Brisk acidity slices through, creating a taut, electric structure. Beneath it all, the first whispers of smoky sweetness and mellow honey hint at what’s to come. It wraps up with a firm, grippy finish that leaves a lasting impression.

A sturdy, mid-weight red showing layers of raspberry, black cherry, and a hint of liquorice. Smoky oak and a core of stony minerality add depth, while firm, drying tannins provide structure and grip. It’s a bold, slightly untamed style that promises to reward a few years tucked away in the cellar.

Now, he’s got his own hazy IPA. Packed with El Dorado, Cascade, and Citra hops, it shines bright with tropical swagger and a citrusy wink. Saddle up, partner!

Neon Haze is a luminous burst of flavor, a hazy IPA inspired by one of Auckland’s most iconic neon relics—the vintage cowboy sign that once adorned the Keans Building on Queen Street. Now glowing in its second life at the Epic Taproom in Onehunga, this legendary sign embodies the electric vibrance of the city's past, much like this hazy IPA captures the bold and bright essence of modern hop-forward styles. Neon Haze pours a radiant, golden haze, swirling with a rich, pillowy body that carries the unmistakable aroma of ripe tropical fruit and candied citrus.

Crafted with El Dorado hops, this IPA delivers an intense rush of juicy pineapple, stone fruit, and sweet pear, balanced by a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Winemaking Philosophy
The Arneis vineyards used for this selection are cultivated on loose soils with a strong presence of silica and a particular microclimate, which can give wines aromatic and elegant.

The grapes are picked by hand and the harvest is followed by cold maceration with soft pressing. The must then undergoes temperature controlled fermentation at 16-18 °C for about 10 days. The last important phase for this wine is a short period of bottle ageing, in order to develop its structure and pleasant bouquet.

Palate: well balanced and elegant. The finish shows notes of peach and honey.

Spontaneous fermentation of the must in contact with the skin for 240-300 hours at controlled temperature and just with autochthonous yeasts. Open-cycle process with frequent pumping of the must over the pomace. Natural malolactic fermentation. No addition of sulphites during the whole vinification process.  Only after the end of the malolactic, re-integration of the sulphites lost during the vinification steps to restore the initial natural value.

Ageing:
12 months in wine stainless steel tanks, 12 months in Slavonic oak 750-liter-casks with the application of music therapy to optimize the spontaneous microxigenation process and improve the fining of the wine, 6 months in bottle.

Ruby red intense colour with slight burgundy hues. Scent typical of very ripe fruits and slightly toasted wood and spices, with some balsamic notes. Full bodied, rich in minerality and freshness, balanced smooth taste of black sour cherry and plum tending to velvety with ripe fruity notes of blackberry and mulberry, and spices like clove and cacao. The feature that makes our natural authentic Primitivo of Gioia del Colle unique is the toasted almond aftertaste.

Carlton Dry is clean filtered for a refreshingly crisp, dry lager. Low in bitterness, it delivers superior drinkability from the first sip to the last.

Tooheys Extra Dry is well known for its clean, refreshing taste. Its crisp, dry finish is achieved by an extended fermentation, ensuring minimal residual fermentable sugars. Wonderful fruity, malty notes accompany a mellow middle palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.

A classic English-style old ale, we forgo the holiday spices in favor of a robust, dry-hopped ale featuring a malty richness balanced with a complex hop profile. Hearty and warming in character, when winter approaches, it’s time for Hibernation.
