Pouring a vibrant reddish-purple, this sour draws you in with its striking colour and layered aromatics. Jasmine drifts gently through the glass, frolicking across the senses with soft floral tones that lift and brighten. On the palate, ripe boysenberry brings a lush, juicy & tart edge, while cacao lingers in the background with a subtle, silky richness. Rather than dominating, each element works in quiet harmony - berry and chocolate complementing, jasmine weaving delicately through - creating a refreshingly nuanced sour with depth, vibrancy, and balance.

 Pours faintly cloudy lemon yellow with small foamy white head, faint doughy aroma, adequate carbonation, sweetish malt taste with faint vanilla flavor, thin body, longish finish.
