Follow The Sun is a brand new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the
West Coast of the US. Using a lean malt bill, crispy water profile, and a plain as peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, and bright hop character that fresh Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Superdelic bring.  This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Sip it down as we follow the sun to hop heaven.

The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.

New View is made with our pals at Alive Brewing in 🇸🇬 Singapore 🇸🇬 — a pack of legends. After making the trek over the Sunda Islands and collaborating at their fine joint last year, we figured it was about time we laid down a big, fat, juicy DIPA Down Under that champions the NZ hop we all fell in love with — Peacharine — backed up in full by Mega Motueka, Super Sauvin, and Peacharine HopKief™. Double dry-hopped at over 25 g/L, this is one absolute hop bomb wrapped in an aluminum suit y’all don’t want to miss, la.

Meet Me There is a brand-new ice cream-style fruited sour made with some of our favourite fruits and coolest techniques. Obtusively packed with blueberry, strawberry and banana, we’ve then gone and layered this huge fruiting rate with a generous serving of burnt brown sugar, cinnamon donuts, and vanilla ice cream. It’s nothing but a good thang - meet us there!

Coco Beware is a brand new lassi style gose straight out of our R&D project. Starting its life as an amplified kettle sour, we’ve dosed in some Aussie rock salt, and given it our massive fruit and ice-cream treatments. Big lashings of Blueberry. Pineapple and Coconut Ice Cream meld to create the perfect fever dream as you sip your way to hype heaven. Yum but beware!

Get ready for the grand reveal—TADAAA! Velvety vanilla ice cream meets tangy strawberry and raspberry coulis perched on a buttery graham cracker base. A delicate dusting of icing sugar adds the perfect sweet finale, while a creamy boost of lactose rounds out the texture. Out of the hat it’s a nostalgic, dessert-style sour that delivers pure joy in every can.

5.8% - Deeply complex & boldly expressive, our Belgian Cherry Sour Ale pours a rich burgundy-copper & bursts with vibrant cherry fruit ester aromas, developed both from real cherries & the expressive character of traditional Abbey yeast. Tart & layered, a strong sour cherry tang leads the palate, balanced by a bright, cleansing acidity. Subtle spice notes from rye malt & the yeast add nuance and warmth, making this a perfect wintertime sour.

Our Pink G’nT presents a premium gin and tonic coupled with Raspberry to give both a lovely pink colour and a fresh fruit flavour. You won’t find it sweet, instead crisp and refreshing served perfectly over ice with a slice of lime.

With more road cones than people in NZ, we thought why not throw some in a brew? Not the orange plastic ones, but the whole cone Nelson Sauvin variety to release their hop oils. Big-hitting Sauvignon notes are layered on a background of Guava and soft bitterness produced by Kohatu. This juicy ale sits on a bready cookie-like base with an oily, candied hop decadence

We have embraced the Dubai Chocolate trend and created an indulgent pastry stout. A sweet and creamy chocolate malt base balanced with a little roastiness, and earthy pistachio creates a decadent stout.
