8.0% - Strawberry Oat Cream IPA

It’s a fruit filled, full cream trip in every sip. Pink Milk, strawberry Oat Cream IPA, brewed with a double dose of creamy lactose sugar, strawberry puree, dragonfruit, vanilla and careful blend of HBC1019, Galaxy, Luminosa and Sabro hops. Absurdly smooth and juicy sweet, balanced with strawberry, bubblegum, coconut and tropical fruit hops. Udderly delicious!

Established 1854. By Felix Verscheure, greatgrandfather of Omer Vander Ghinste, in Kortrijk. Brasserie LeFort became part of the Brewery Omer Vander Ghinste in 1911. LeFort is a dark, complex ale with an intense taste. Refermented in the bottle.

This beer is a tribute to the Matron Saint of Emerson’s. Richard’s Mum, Ingrid. Without her belief, patience, and tolerance, Emerson’s Brewery wouldn’t be here today. So for the wise woman, is this Weissbier — her absolute favourite. It’s light and cloudy, with a sweet bready aroma, notes of banana and sherbet, and a tart, spicy flavour. Quiet, yet full of intrigue and backbone. Just like Ingrid.

Sapporo Premium Beer is a perfectly balanced golden lager brewed with the Japense attention to detail. A crisp and refreshing lager beer.

Strap in because we’ve got biiiiigg hits of mango, sticky rice dessert, vanilla ice cream, and butterfly pea flower – where the cool blue of this elixir is sourced. Juicy Quince and Apples dominate the aroma, followed closely by the blond yeast aromas making the perfect fruit bowl. A medium mouthfeel and bready malt base makes this beer stand up to its name and taste the Quince Pears and Apples all over.

A dry Saison with sweet caramel notes followed by classic spicy notes from saison yeast finishing with a mild hop note from Nelson Sauvin with berries and white wine - dry, easy drinking and high on carb. The beer makes you want to head for the nearest Mediterranean beach

This gueuze is obtained by mixing (‘versnijden’), young and old lambiek. It achieves a beautiful balance between sweet, sour and slightly bitter, which makes it an ideal thirst quencher on hot and humid summer days.

It is only mildly sour with touches of citrus, strawberry and caramelised grains.

Like the rare beauty of a total eclipse, this stout is a dark and captivating experience. Layers of dark malts, chocolate rye and caramel swirl together with a silky smoothness from lactose.
