Party Ram is a brand new NEIPA with a base of NZ malted barley, oats, and spelt with Vic Secret and Southern X in the coolpool. We’ve then dry hopped the heck out of it with a party of hops - Freestyle Motueka, Mosaic CRYO®, Idaho 7 Hyperboost®, and HBC630 - a trial hop championing a complex and sweet, tropical fruit character. Fermented out with a Pomona X Windsor yeast blend, this is one hop filled party tube!

Lowenbrau’s Oktoberfestbier is light-bodied and golden. Lightly sweet and moderately bitter, this refreshing beer is still brewed in the traditional Bavarian methods.

6.1% ABV

Bornem double is a “lively” abbey beer that, after its first fermentation in the barrel, nicely evolves during its second fermentation in the bottle or in the barrel. Soft as velvet, this double with warm darkbrown colour and burgundy undertones has a fruity taste and hoppy after taste. Its creamy, rich and firm foam head crowns it. Few other dark doubles can match this BORNEM DOUBLE.

A medium bodied American amber ale that balances a solid hop profile with a light caramel and toasty malt character. A prominent nose of bright citrus, pine, some caramel sweetness, biscuits, and light toasty malt. The sweet caramel and honey-like malt flavors complement the delicate fruitiness from the hops. The finish is toasty, subtly grassy, yet very balanced

7% ABV

A golden peach lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste. Taste: Golden in colour; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of fruit and acid.

Tasting Notes

A hazy yellow pour, is topped with a frothy eggshell cap that leaves nice lace. Full on fresh peach aroma, some yeast, tart citrus, smells inviting. Tastes sweet and tart. Lots of peach of course with a tart citric component that balances the sweetness. A bit of hops lead to a grassy finish. Very peachy and not overly complex, but refreshing and enjoyable.

Contract brewed since 1978 by Van Steenberge for the Augustinian monastery at Stephen’s Church in Ghent using the original yeast culture. Sold outside of Belgium as St Stefanus, after the church, to differentiate it from beers that may be made by other Augustinian communities. The monastery receives money from each sale. Ingredients: Pale, Pilsener and Munich malts; brewing sugar; Saaz, German Hallertau; additional bittering hops. Partially filtered after primary fermentation, then cool matured for four weeks. Filtered and then reseeded with Brett and another yeast, and warm conditioned for two weeks. Bottled and stored for a minimum three months before distribution.
