A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum – then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. For a smooth and refreshing tasting drink, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold is best served in a tankard over ice, with cola and a slice of lime.

Tasting Notes: Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish.

Base: 70% Cane Honey, 30% Cane Juice  | Blend may vary harvest to harvest 

A blend of premium rum aged in small barrels, naturally infused with traditional and native botanicals. We like to keep it real on the Caldera Coast. 

This all natural spiced rum has been barrel aged for a minimum of 2 years in ex-wine barrels before being naturally infused with whole native & traditional spices - roasted wattle seed, native ginger, dried orange, vanilla, cinnamon and golden berries and finished with a pinch of sea salt.

A superb-looking decanter bottle of XO rum from Barbados, aged in bourbon barrels before being shipped to France for a secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand house. The result is a well balanced rum with a remarkably long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango. Now this is some very good stuff.

Nose: Hints of spicy oak on the nose, with guava, a little desiccated coconut and dried banana. Buttery.

Palate: Spiced, creamy palate entry, with sweet vanilla notes and caramel. Oaky spices.

Finish: Caramel. Toasted oak.

Clear amber, shiny, clean and transparent with a soft and balanced aroma. Flavours of light ageing, with slight sweetness. Notes of sugarcane combined with woody notes, along with almonds, vanilla, grapes and dried plums.

Eclipse is the reference for character, body and aroma by which our Master Blender Allen Smith uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay Rum. For many rum aficionados Eclipse is also the reference by which all rum should be measured. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma.

Originated in 1862, Bacardi superior rum is the original, mixable light-bodied rum aged between one to two years in carefully selected oak barrels. After ageing, the rums are blended and passed through a second charcoal filtration to achieve maximum clarity and characteristic Barcardi smoothness. Barcardi Superior is clean in colour, smooth in taste and dry in flavour with impressions of vanilla and subtle aromas of almonds and tropical fruits. Its finish is dry and smooth.

Containing a blend of rums from 6 to 25 years old, with an extra ageing stage in French oak barrels that previously held cognac Keynote A perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spice, fruit and spirit, a connoisseur?s delight and the ultimate expression of the Master Blender's art. 

Appearance:  Mahogany with intense red hints of long barrel ageing at the rim and long, slow legs. 

Nose:  A very open nose with a wealth of aromas that seem to evolve each time you nose the glass; a great balance of mature toasted oak, burnt caramel, dry-roasted nuts, marzipan and orange peel; a delicate floral note of honeysuckle in the background. 

Palate:  A wonderfully complex and satisfying balance of sweetness, fruit, spice and spirit, all tempered by the extra ageing stage in ex-cognac French oak barrels; long, smooth and sweet with a weight of dark cherry chocolate and flavours of intense dried fruits like sultana, date and prune; sweet oak spices of clove, vanilla and cinnamon, and lighter notes of dried mango and raspberry, with a subtle hint of ginger to finish.

LWF Distilling Spiced White Rum - starts with a strong citrus nose, moves through familiar spices and finishes with an earthy, sweet Manuka honey note, while adding no sugar. Goes in all your classic spiced rum cocktails as well as pairing well with simple mixes of lemonade or a light tonic

The first Rum from LWF Distillery. This clean white rum is created by fermenting Molasses from Bundaberg, Queensland Australia with a specialty yeast, in beautiful clean New Zealand rainwater. The completed ferment is then transferred to the pot still for its first distillation.

This 'wash run' is then combined with one other wash run to go through the rectifying column – the spirit run. The spirit run is where all the purification happens - the spirit comes off at between 94-98 abv. Its clean and ready to settle for a couple of weeks before being reduced to 40%, with 5 times filtered New Zealand rainwater for bottling.

This is a fresh rum, with clean flavour and just enough distinct back flavour to be enjoyed in any of your classic cocktails.
