This rum is aged up to 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a taste profile of green ripe fruits with hints of burnt sugar, mandarin and vanilla. Perfect for sipping straight yet well-balanced for mixing.

Santisima Trinidad de Cuba seven year old Rum is a bright amber in colour with sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

The Santisima range is a blend of distilled cane sugar (or agricole) and rum distilled and aged from molasses. The rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then hand selected and blended across different ages to create the different styles. The fifteen year old is big and round with flavours and aromas of nuts, stewed fruits and molasses.

A sugar-free 7-year old super premium rum, full-bodied with a mahogany color. It has aromas of toasted coconuts, vanilla and figs and a flavor with notes of honey and dark chocolate, with a long and smooth finish. Best enjoyed with sparkling water or sodas.

This was first produced in Santiago de Cuba over 130 years ago. It is aged using the Solera process, so on average the rums contained herein are 15 years old.

Nose: Caramel & vanilla.

Palate: There's still some piquant heat on the palate coupled to a hint of almond/cherry pit, and the body comes across as ample but balanced.

Finish: A medium finish with Vanilla and a hint of wood.

A seven year old 'Solera' rum from Dominican producer Matusalem. Great in cocktails, but more than good enough to be sipped.

Nose: Sweet spices, barrel char and caramel. Fruity.

Palate: Vanilla and honeyed sweetness. Brandy butter and crème caramel. Mixed peels.

Finish: Candied peels and spice.

The Original Dark expression from Plantation has had a little bit of a revamp! It's now made with aged rum from Trinidad and Jamaica, which then blended together and aged further in Cognac casks, which should impart some fruity richness to the expression...

Dictador 12 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum.

Soft and round feel in the mouth with caramel, cocoa, and honey light coffee flavours.

With its roots going back to 1788, Smith & Cross and its partners became prominent handlers of Jamaica rum, with extensive cellars along the banks of The River Thames. Throughout the 19th century and into the early 20th century, Jamaica Rum became revered for its deep, full flavours and pleasing aromas. This rum represents the distinctively flavourful and aromatic style that made Jamaican rum famous.

Very aromatic and complex with notes of pipe tobacco, dark chocolate, winter spices, hints of dark fruit, as well as fried banana, a little suggestion of foam banana sweets too!
The palate is thick and rich, massive spice notes carrying forth suggestions of dark fruit, prune, plum wine, vanilla, cedar, unlit cigars, calves leather and musty orange peel.
Long and very warming on the finish, with notes of caramel and pepper on the tail.
