Unit price perTo be enjoyed, to be savored. A palate pleasing shock to the system. Your taste's savior.
LOOKS: Bright. Crystalline.
SMELLS: Classic juniper, in an instant. Subtle floral hints of lavender & orange blossom follow close by. Deeper earthy tones of cinnamon bark & nutmeg arrive next, but be prepared for a fresh burst of multiple citrus to linger longer.
TASTES: Full frontal assault to the palate, a juniper & orange zest mixture. Closely followed by sweet lemon, taking over your entire palate. Minimum heat, minimum burn. Frontal palate flavours dominate, with small floral notes on the back palate. Jasmine and lavender, quite delicious.
FINISH: A warming numbness with continued juniper. Surprisingly long finish, coming back with waves of orange & mixed floral notes. Dry Gin, at its prime.

Unit price perWhistlebird Gin has been developed by two blokes with a garage, lab grade equipment, artificial intelligence and napkin math.
With their own unique and efficient method of distillation, the breaking down of botanical matter has become many times more efficient and less wasteful than traditional methods.
The botanical mass bathes in a bath of sound (the bird bath) engulfed by low frequency wave lengths which sound like a high pitched whistle.
Maceration occurs when these sound waves uniformly break down our formula through vibration which ultimately saturates our blend with a Scream and a Whistle!
Along with the trademark distillation process this allows for a very fast, controlled, and efficient maceration and distillation.
GOOD VIBES ONLY.

Unit price perChris and Elliot spent the good part of 18 months searching for the perfect oak aged Caribbean rum. Many taste tests were conducted with friends and family before finally settling on their first cask.
They then started tinkering with spicing the rum right here in New Zealand, blending the rich history of the Caribbean with the adventurous spirit of New Zealand.
The subtle caramel sweetness of the rum with a vanilla back bone allowed the beautiful spices to come through, highlighting local citrus, nutmeg and clove.
The infusion became more refined and complex, through out lock down. And by the end they were happy with the result. Let the bottling begin!
Refined rum, spiced by rascals, inspired by Russell.

Unit price perThe first tipple to come from Edinburgh's Port of Leith Distillery has arrived in the shape of Lind & Lime Gin! The name is inspired by Dr. James Lind of Edinburgh, who conducted one of the first clinical trials aboard the HMS Salisbury. In these trials, he noted that the scurvy patients eating citrus fruits were showing good signs. Hence the addition of lime within this gin. To balance the powerful citrus freshness, the distillers also used pink peppercorn alongside five other botanicals (including juniper) to create the recipe.
