Introducing Allier. A celebration of NZ single malt whisky and one of the most important French Oak forests: Allier. 

This whisky is made from unsmoked New Zealand grown malted barley and has been matured in a second fill wine cask from the Allier forest, central France. Initial grape notes from the wine have been pulled off in the first fill. What’s left, and what has been imparted is beautifully smooth, balanced, and compliments the malty NZ whisky.

The bottling is giving generous notes of pain aux raisin, dark chocolate, custard, hazelnut.

The Plantation Sealander rum, created by Maison Ferrand, is pleasantly surprised with its complexity considering its reasonable price point. It is distilled from molasses using a pot and column still, making it a blend of unique character. Many enjoy its unassuming profile that smoothly merges the sweetness of red berries, vanilla, and dried fruit with the subtle earthiness of young wood. Picked-up notes of Tonka Bean and a hint of chocolate add a pleasant surprise.

Tito's Hand Made Vodka is made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito?s is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but we think it?s well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.

Light bronze in color with streaks of gold, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bears a complex aroma of vanilla, mint, and molasses. Its taste is pleasantly sweet and contains notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak and leather. The long and dry finish has significant depth. A combination of two Kiwi icons: Sauvignon Blanc and Dancing Sands Dry Gin. State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means we are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from our Dry Gin.

The end result is a full-bodied and fruity gin that brings you bursting passionfruit, gooseberry, lime, and green apple ? all the tropical flavours you know and love from a New Zealand Sav Blanc, but with added punch and pizazz.

Grab a bottle of Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey, break away from the pack and woof down some good times. Produced in the USA this flavoured whiskey is bursting with natural peanut butter flavours, notes of vanilla and caramel popcorn with warm whiskey undertones.

Havana Club Cuban Spiced balances the taste of sweet vanilla and aromatic spices with hints of juicy ripe guava, toasted coconut and fresh pineapple.

Our iteration of this year's Speyside. An elegant and sensual colt within our 2023 stables. A princely efflorescent malt carrying our nose to a whole host of places: the scent is Moorish, Latin perhaps, or rather Byzantine… smacking of the stone walls of Otranto, that bridgehead from Italy and what was left of the Western Empire, to the dazzling Constantinople. And immediately our mind is jolted back to the monasteries of Asia

Minor where myth, faith and search for self began in the mists of time.Then a great vegetable garden lush with plants all destined for the kitchen: aubergine, sweet pepper and mint; now lavender, an unknown number of flowers in full summer, powder and peach. All a prelude to an abundant satiating and fulfilling palate. A rich and dense spirit whose specific gravity is noteworthy. Leaving grooves on our tongue which, as second follows second, are filled with piquant and surprising meaning. We remain seated in a corner of the ballroom as we look on at the glitter of the gowns and envisage nights of passion between whiskies. Thoughts and fears entwine and perhaps darken us a little. Salento is a large herbarium made up of villages at the centre. Around them, the sea.

Grants Family Reserve is one of the worlds best loved Scotch whiskies and enjoyed in over 180 countries. First created by William Grant in 1898, the blend is today, five generations later, entrusted to Grants Master Blender, Brian Kinsman. Brian skilfully blends around 25 of the finest single malt and grain Scotch whiskies to make Grants Family Reserve. The basis for the blend is our widely acclaimed Girvan grain whisky. Vacuum distilled at a lower temperature to make it a lighter and more delicate spirit, it is then aged in oak to give it a deeper, sweeter, soft fruit flavour, creating the perfect foundation.

This whisky, like all vatted malts, is made by marrying 100% single malt whiskies from different distilleries. Compass Box Peat Monster includes in its blend single malts from lead distilleries Ardmore and Caol ila. Both components are aged between 10 to 15 years. Pale golden color. Sweet clover honey, heather, and peat aromas. A soft, yet rich, entry leads to a sweetish medium-full body with caramel, orange peel, raw honey, toast, vibrant peat and pepper flavors. Finishes with a honeycomb, iodine, and toasty grain fade. Very drinkable, exquisitely balanced, and approachable with vibrant, but (despite the name) not dominant peatiness.

Just in time for Christmas! People have been asking for a cask strength Manuka Smoke bottling for ages… and now it's here. It's called Full Noise, denoting the cask strength abv, and the deeper, more abundant smoke notes. This is a big limited edition, cask strength, single malt.

Malt: 100% NZ grown, Manuka smoked.

The marrying of flavour attributes of our special triple distilled single malt (American oak, ex-Bourbon cask matured) with our Port cask matured single malt (French oak) provide a unique twist to Tasmanian whisky styles. Highlighting distinctive signature citrus nuances, akin to the most unique distilleries of Scotland and the lighter fruit sweet notes of European Port casks, it is fair to say that no Australian distillery has a comparative whisky expression. Incredibly smooth yet brooding with deft flavours, this expression has become one of the distillery's most popular palate pleaser.
