A blend of rums aged 7 to 23 years old from Bacardi's premium Fagundo label, named after the founder of the company. It has been finished for at least a month in Sherry casks.

Nose: Dried fruit, dried pineapple, banana, walnut, treacle, vanilla and oak.

Palate: More relaxed, toffee'd and spiced. Molasses, pepper, allspice.

Finish: Spicy, rich oak and espresso.

Koch Tobasiche is made with wild maguey Tobasiche that is matured 12 years before being harvested. It is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla. On the palate, it is sweet with strong notes of anise. Is also has hints of herbs and roots.

Carlos Moreno's family has been linked to mezcal since the beginning of the 20th century. In 2009, Carlos resumed the family tradition and teamed up with 5th generation maestro mezcalero Pedro Hernandez to create Koch El Mezcal de Oaxaca, with the goal of preserving and promoting mezcal culture. Created in honour of Reefton legend little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector.  Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.

A thoughtful mix of nine botanicals, Fords Gin starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed balanced by citrus, florals and spices. Steeped for 15 hours before distillation, the botanicals deliver an aromatic, fresh and floral spirit with elegant notes of jasmine and grapefruit that creates a versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail.

Containing a blend of rums from 6 to 25 years old, with an extra ageing stage in French oak barrels that previously held cognac Keynote A perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spice, fruit and spirit, a connoisseur?s delight and the ultimate expression of the Master Blender's art. 

Appearance:  Mahogany with intense red hints of long barrel ageing at the rim and long, slow legs. 

Nose:  A very open nose with a wealth of aromas that seem to evolve each time you nose the glass; a great balance of mature toasted oak, burnt caramel, dry-roasted nuts, marzipan and orange peel; a delicate floral note of honeysuckle in the background. 

Palate:  A wonderfully complex and satisfying balance of sweetness, fruit, spice and spirit, all tempered by the extra ageing stage in ex-cognac French oak barrels; long, smooth and sweet with a weight of dark cherry chocolate and flavours of intense dried fruits like sultana, date and prune; sweet oak spices of clove, vanilla and cinnamon, and lighter notes of dried mango and raspberry, with a subtle hint of ginger to finish.

Dictador 12 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum.

Soft and round feel in the mouth with caramel, cocoa, and honey light coffee flavours.

This Linkwood, bottled from a single Oloroso butt is a perfect winter warmer dram. There are notes of warm apple cider and zesty citrus on the nose, before notes of sweet toasted oak, and sweet honey join on the palate, the sweetness continues on towards the end of the palate, with a rather malty finish.

Bottled from a refill hogshead, with an Oloroso finish, the aroma of this Glen Garioch is like breakfast on a cold Scottish morning, with warm porridge, sweet berries and brown sugar. Bright and fragrant to start with an aroma of orange essence, Meyer lemons and manuka honey, with a gentle floral edge. On the palate, a fruity flavour of pears and green grapes, with a nutty, marzipan / almond croissant quality.
